An ideal vacation home, this beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath home comfortably sleeps 12. The upper level features a huge, 27’ x 24’ master suite, and a wet bar with compact refrigerator and large walk-in closet. There is a 16’ x 11’ luxurious master bath with double vanity, Whirlpool tub and separate steam shower. You can also exit the bathroom or bedroom onto the large 2nd level deck, which overlooks the oasis-like backyard and the nature preserve beyond it. Upstairs bedroom sleeps 4, with Queen-sized bed and futon. Best of all, you can exit your bed/bath onto the deck and enjoy the view from the patio table above, or walk down the spiral staircase to party at pool level!
On the main floor are three large bedrooms, 2 have lofts and twin bed/futon, with a bathroom to share on their side of the house. Off the dining room is another large bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and bathroom off it.

Outside
Just coming from the beach? Outside there is a shower, changing room and 8’ x 8’ wooden storage shed on concrete slabs. The fenced-in backyard backs up to a nature preserve for total privacy. The pool is warm year-round thanks to the solar-heating panels on the roof. The spa spills over into the pool. Also aiding the relaxing environment is a fountain in the back corner of the lot.
In front of the house is a large horseshoe-shaped driveway, which easily fits 3 vehicles. There is also a one-car garage.
A short walk away ...
Exit the house to your left (west) and you will be walking on the flour-like sands of Indian Rocks Beach. Hail a trolley ($2-$3) and ride north to Clearwater Beach in 10 mins. or down to St. Pete's in 15.
Exit the house straight (north) and within 6 minutes you will be at a state-of-the-art skateboard park, basketball and tennis courts, and baseball field.
Exit to the right (east) and you will be at the cleanest playground you've ever seen, and at the back of it is an entrance to the nature preserve. The preserve is a new path (you're walking on boards with handrails elevated above the ground/water) that winds around the inlet (see Google Earth) and exits next to a dog park (if you brought your 'best friend,' he'll love this park, complete with fire hydrant!).
Amenities
Need your internet? We've got it. Lightning fast connections and WiFi available throughout the house. Also, DirecTV, complete with the NFL Sunday Ticket, Major League Baseball Extra Innings, NHL Center Ice, NASCAR Hot Pass and NBA Season Pass is available on the flat screen TV set in the living room. We also have HBO, Showtime, Starz and Cinemax included. For you folks who want the Cricket Ticket, call me and I'll make that happen, too (I'm a DirecTV dealer!)
Of course, there's a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, and a fully-stocked kitchen with service for 12. Everything from a blender to beaters is included.
The linens are also newer, with high-thread count sheets and comfortable bedding.
A couple of bikes, pool toys, wagon for hauling stuff to the beach, board games, and other pleasant surprises await!

We had a great time,the house was great with lots of room which worked out perfect,we had more family & friends come & stay at different times than we planed on every one had a bed & we were never crowded.It was perfect with our dog with a barkyard around the corner.it was everything Dean said it was from the property,how close everything was,the amenities &very clean.Dean was only a phone call away if you had any problems or needed information.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+.

My family, including my elderly parents, stayed here to visit our newest family member - a very sweet two year old. The house was perfect. The downstairs bedroom with the en suite bathroom was great for my mobility impaired Dad, while the huge upstairs was perfect for the couple with a small child - plenty of room and quiet for nap time(even when the lawn maintenance company was there!). The pool is lovely. Due to the heat we never turned on the hot tub, but the jets were nice and provide a beautiful waterfall into the swimming pool. We never heard or saw neighbors but the neighborhood is great for an early morning or evening stroll. There is also a lovely nature trail that leads from the park down the street along a boardwalk - great for bird watching. If you have never been to the Indian Rocks Beach area before, you will love both the beaches and the great restaurants. We made breakfast and lunch at the house and had wonderful meals out within a mile or two. All in all, we had a very nice stay in this house - every thing was clean, in good working order and with plenty of privacy and space for our family. We love this place! It is such a peaceful place to vacation with lots to see and do in the area. The house is very clean and well maintained Your own private pool! How great is that! my grandchildren could have spent the whole vacation in the pool.Dean is a great guy and will attend to any needs you have. please respect his property as you would your own so others can enjoy this awsome vacation! Dean, Thanks for a great vacation. The house was very nice and we all enjoyed being there. A more relaxed atmosphere then staying at a hotel. We did a few beaches and a charter fishing trip. My wife was thrilled to catch a couple of King Marlins. If any of your future guests are looking of a good restraunt, the Pub, just down to main drag has excellent food and a great atmosphere. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The home was spacious for our large family and equipped with everything we needed plus some! The short walk to the beach made everyday lovely. The wagon helped lug the cooler and beach toys. The pool and hotub were relaxing in the afternoon and evening hours. We loved the added bonus of satellite tv's and dvrs in all the rooms. The kids especially enjoyed the lizards & frogs that visited! Having the nature preserve and playground close by were really nice as well. Indian Rocks Beach is by far my favorite place to visit in Florida. The beach is not too busy and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The home is ideal, as there's tons of space, it's super clean, and you can be at the beach in three minutes. Loved friding the beach cruisers around town, where there's plenty to see and do. Back yard is also very private, with good-sized pool and spa. We'll be back!Owner response: Glad you liked it. You'll definitely get the "returning guest discount" next year! We had a big group -- 10 of us in all. Still, the house accomodated us easily. The pool area was gorgeous as was the backyard, which is very private. This was a low-key getaway so we didn't do much sightseeing. Just plenty of R&R, and this house was a perfect getaway for us. Highly recommended.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children, people with disabilities, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+.

House was very clean. plenty of clean towels. Master bedroom upstairs was huge. HD satellite TV throughout house. All the channels. WIFI. It was perfect for us. (Big family) Slept us all comfortably. Good location, short walk to beach. We had a really positive experience. Dean's a great guy, if you have any problems, I'm confident he will get it resolved right away. Bottom line...I would rent the place again. Hope this helps.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+.

Perfect location. Ideal place to relax and soak in the sun and nearby activities. Quick walk to beach, where my son and I spent at least 2 hours each day, and plenty of room to kick back and wind down at day's end. An added bonus is DirecTV with all movies and sporting events available. Indian Rocks Beach is where we want to live, because it is near the beach, is a quiet community with first-rate services (trash pickup two days a week, high speed internet, city water/sewage) ...
It's proximity to major attractions and airports is also a wonderful asset. At the end of the day, though, we want a place where we can relax, enjoy our privacy, and go for walks along the beach, through the Nature Preserve, etc ...
