The property is set on one landscaped acre with numerous decks and patios as well as a spacious interior with cathedral ceilings, skylights, and stone floors in the kitchen/sunroom area. State-of-the-art kitchen with stone counters, stainless steel appliances, wine refrigerator, separate bar sink, as well as additional full kitchen adjacent to heated pool with full bath.We have a 50"hdtv in the family room and a 32"hdtv in the bedroom(naturally with home theatres)another 40" sony hdtv in the living room,as well as six other large tvs.The 20x44ft heated pool has a roman end to walk down the poured concrete steps into the shallow end.This pool is a mineral springs pool using a salt based system with very little chlorine and the result is no green hair or irritated skin!.The intire pool patio of cambridge pavers has a Jerith cast aluminum fence with the patented Magna lock safety gates which can be additionally key locked for limiting access.The upper 16x24ft deck faces due west so all the sunsets are included!
The main level is hardwood floors with lovely rugs and a mixture of family heirlooms and beautiful upholstered furniture and lane venture wicker in the sunroom. Formal dining room with an additional fireplace as well as one in the family room. Three of the bathrooms have a tub, the other has a shower.Also included are beach chairs and umbrellas as well as deluxe beach towels and beach toys.We are 3 plus miles to cooper beach in sh village & include a beach access permit. Total footage is 4100 square feet.

This area is great,it feels like country but it's close to the city so husbands can commute if necessary but it's a world away ,like another time zone.

The property feels secluded but is conveniently located to the beach and the village.It's very comfortable with large rooms and plenty of spaces to be together or be alone.

This property is our summer home and we share the beauty of it with our guests by renting it a few weeks per year.I have been spending time in southampton since the 60's when my parents bought a house in the area.Since that time we have spent at least part of each summer here.I especially love the fact that my children and grandchildren spend as much time here as possible.Our house was made for a large family
