THIS IS A PET FRIENDLY UNIT located in the low density and easy parking Gardens neighborhood. Located halfway between Gull and Battersea on Ocean Road (not Ocean Avenue), we are three blocks to the famed Ocean City Boardwalk and essentially one+ blocks to the Morningside beach where the sand is piled high and there is plenty of room for your beach umbrella. Our beach is lifeguard protected. We rent to families and mature adults.
AFTER A DAY AT THE BEACH there is plenty to do at night starting with restaurants in Ocean City and across the bay in Somers Point. While the average tourist waits in lines for dinner, we have the best-kept secrets for great food at reasonable prices without long waits. If top artist live shows or casino gambling is a plus then Atlantic City is the place to go. The nearby "Longport Bridge," the short-cut bridge most of the city does not use, gets you there fast with the first casino, the Hilton, 20 minutes away. Clubs with hot but little known bands are found throughout the area.
Ocean City is a DRY town suited to family activities. (MAX of 2 MEDIUM TO SMALL DOGS)

The second floor apartment met all of our expectations for a vacation rental property. It was by far the best rental that we have experienced over a long time as vacationers at Ocean City. The apartment was neat and clean. Family friendly. The beds were comfortable. On street parking was readily available. Our two lab dogs enjoyed sitting on the open second story porch. The option to rent bed linens and towels was a definite plus. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. Access to the beach was reasonable. Beach chairs and beach tags were provided. The rental price was reasonable. We have made plans to return again for a second year in 2011.
Owner response:This year the apartment is even better than ever. We now have new top of the line carpeting in the living room and 2 bedrooms and beautiful new vinyl in the halls and kitchen. The place looks great. We believe in reinvesting back into our home that way we can provide a warm and family friendly environment that keeps people coming back year after year. We have all new living room furniture with a sofa loveseat, and chair. We didn't stop there we also have a 42" Plasma TV. We also offer sheets and bath towels for a small fee.
