Great place to stay. This studio is huge. Same size as my two bedroom in New York. Very clean and perfect location. I was there on business and pleaseure. Just across the street form the convention center. Will definitely stay there againRecommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+.

I am from Austria and I rented fro m this owner befor which was a great experience. I wandet to spend a month again in Florida with my wife and saw, that she has also a studio in south beach, wich I booked. It was another very pleasant experience. The unit was very clean and the view is magnificent. The owner has a great and fun personality and addresses every concern immediatly. I can highly recommand it.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

We truly enjoyed our experience at this rental. The view is breathtaking. The furnishings are very nice. The rental coordinator, Gina Nugent, was most helpful in all regards. She moved quickly to fix a leaky faucet, the place was clean upon our arrival, the security deposit was returned promptly(4 days), she recommended great places to eat and sightsee. A great stay!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.
