What a great place to stay while visiting Memphis. we ere there for one week. There is lots to see and do in that city and staying at this condo is like you're at home. THIS WAS A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY. WE FOUND EVERYTHING WE NEEDED AND MORE. THE OWNER/PROPERTY MANAGER/ AND THE WOMAN THAT CLEANS THE CONDO WERE ALL WONDERFUL. THIS WAS MY FOURTH TRIP TO MEMPHIS AND I HAVE ALWAYS STAYED IN HOTELS. THIS WAS THE BEST TRIP EVER!! WE HAVE ALREADY BOOKED FOR NEXT YEAR!!! The location was great. You could see BB King's from the balcony, an easy couple of blocks walk. The condo was very clean and we enjoyed our stay very much. Karen was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The location is incredible! Walking distance from Beale St. and fun atmosphere for downtown Memphis! The house was fully furnished and very comforting. It was easy to relax at the house, but also know that you were only a few blocks from the fun. The house manager was incredibly welcoming and easy to work with.Did you find this review helpful? The property was very spacious and was furnished with very relaxing couches and seating. The house manager was always available and helped solve any small issues that arrived. The location is absolutely perfect for anyone wanting to head to Beale St.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I rented this beautiful 2 bedroom condo for a 9 day trip to Memphis! Originally being from this historic town I like to do things big but reasonably! This condo is so amazing with hardwood floors in the living/dining/kitchen area and nice soft carpet in the upper bedroom level! The kitchen is so accessible and has everything you need to make an amazing meal (with food you provide of course)! My husband and local family enjoyed relaxing after the days of hustle and bustle around the city, by resting in the comfortable living room that exudes a very at home feeling! The owner was fantastic to work with as well as her landlord that meets you at the property! Since I live far away it was so easy for the owner and I to contact each other through email. She responded fast to every question and concern and broke down everything simply and easy to understand! The landlord is very knowledgable , friendly, on time and sweet! I rented this beautiful 2 bedroom condo for a 9 day trip to Memphis! Originally being from this historic town I like to do things big but reasonably! We loved our visit to Memphis. The place was exactly like it is pictured and it is in a great convenient location. Not only are you in walking distance of Beale Street but there is a nice grocery store a block away. Plus it is close to The Green Beatle bar which is a great place to catch a game. The owners were nice to work with and they had a person meet us there to make it easy to get in. Definitely recommend it to others and will stay there again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Cannot say enought about the location! Absolutely central to anywhere you want to go in Memphis. The condo is lovely, with a great outside area for morning coffee, or afternoon beverages. Everything you would need for a stay is right there. Within walking distance of Beale St, shops, minor league baseball games, restaurants...it's all right there. Property is clean and very well maintained, with a closed garage and gated entrance. Property manager is only a phone call or text away. Be sure and tour the MLK museum at the Lorraine motel. And of course, you must see the BB King All Star review! Would love to visit Memphis again, and there is no where else I'd rather stay!Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing.

I have never used VRBO before, but my experience with the owner and her property manager was very pleasant from beginning to end. This is a lovely home that is convenient to many of the attractions in Memphis. In addition, it provides all the conveniences and comforts you will need for a home away from home. Large enough to accommodate my 4 year old daughter and my 13 year old son and allow them to have time away. Awesome location. Would recommend this condo for families and girlfriends.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I had such a great time! No need for a car either! It was a great location and easy to walk to many sights! On the trolley loop! Very private and relaxing location. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else after staying here. Enjoyed the balcony too! Frank's corner store, Arcade, and the Green Beetle made it even better! The best french toast I've ever had at Arcade! Frank's has the best humus and sandwiches, and who doesn't like beer (green beetle)!!!!!!!! My husband wanted the bbq and I wanted the quiet. We got both!!!Did you find this review helpful? When my sister said, "let's go to Memphis" I was truly excited because I always wanted to go. Then she said, three other ladies would be going with us. Kool! That makes five - we can really have a girls get-a-way!!! But then she told me we would be staying in a hotel - skkkreeeccchhh!!!! I put the brakes on! I began looking for someplace that was spacious, close to the action - Beale Street, the street trolley, restaurants, etc. It didn't take me long to find 325 Mulberry, #102 downtown Memphis. When I viewed the photographs I could not believe it - spacious, beautiful, sleeps six, fully furnished with every thing you could possibly want. I was thrilled, then a bit apprehensive because it was just too good to be true. So I emailed the owner and she called be right back. From that point on it was like clockwork - the owner and the property manager made sure that we had directions directly to the condo. The property manager was waiting outside for us when we arrived at 10:00 PM!!!!! There were listings of restaurants, stores nearby, entertainment, shopping, tours, everything at our fingertips. We were like kids in a candy factory - we had plenty of room, there are two sets of stairs, but I brought pedometers for each of us and made a game of it. We were exactly 2 blocks from beale street. The only time we took a cab was when we arrived and departed the train station and when we went to the mall. Everywhere else was within walking distance or on the trolley - $3.50 buys a full day pass. So ladies if you are headed to Memphis and looking for a home away from home this is definitely the location for you. Lots of room, the balcony at night gives you a perfect view of downtown Beale Street and you have your own private parking garage. We truly had an enjoyable time and I know it would not have been so if we had stayed in a hotel. Thanks for Barbara and Karen for you hospitality, your beautiful home, and for making our stay even more than we thought it would be. My husband and I traveled with another couple for a 4-night trip to take in the blues and BBQ and all that Memphis has to offer. We were specifically looking for accommodations close to Beale Street and found this gem of a condo on VRBO. The condo was absolutely perfect for us, and so much more comfortable than staying in separate hotel rooms. We had all of the amenities of home -- beautiful, well-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. The condo had a two-car garage behind a security gate for our rental car. One flight of stairs up to the main level with hardwood floors, kitchen, dining and living room areas, and a half-bath. The covered balcony off the main level was sizable and provided a nice area for morning coffee or evening beverages and smoking (if you do). The balcony had patio chairs and small tables for comfortable seating. We spent a lot of time on the patio and were entertained by the parking and traffic antics during two Grizzly games that occurred during our stay. Another flight of stairs takes you to the carpeted second level, and the two bedrooms. The condo basically has two master suites; one queen with it's own bathroom and one king with a fabulous and spacious bathroom with glass-enclosed shower and jacuzzi bathtub. The bathroom was gorgeous! There are two roll-away beds that we did not use during our stay, but there is plenty of room to put those to use if you needed additional beds. The condo lacked nothing for a comfortable stay. It is nicely decorated, and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to/from Beale Street, which we did several times during our stay. It's two blocks away from the trolley line and we took the riverfront loop for some Memphis sight-seeing. The owner and property manager were very pleasant, friendly, and responsive before and during our stay. We had one issue with a door handle that failed and the property manager immediately arrived and took care of the problem. (Thank you, Karen!). We highly recommend this property for your stay in Memphis. If any members of your traveling party have mobility issues or problems with stairs, that would be an issue, as there are two flights of stairs at this property. We definitely would stay at this condo for a return trip to Memphis!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This condo was very clean and well maintained. The private garage is a nice feature. The location is great. It is an easy walk to Beale Street, downtown, and the National Civil Rights Museum. The downtown trolley is also easily accessible on the same block. The local property manager made checking in and out an easy process. This place had everything we could have hoped for. A beautiful home only 2 blocks from the civil rights museum and less than 10 minutes from Beale Street. 4 adults stayed in the condo in the beginning of January. We were wary of what there would be to do in Memphis in the middle of winter so opted for a condo instead of a hotel, and were pleasantly surprised. The furnishings and provisions in the condo were great - we didn't need anything but our food. The manager was available when needed - even when we locked ourselves out and had to call her to let us in on a Saturday night! The location is great too - we walked everywhere. Beale street is five minutes away, and S. Main St. was great for browsing cute boutiques and eating away from the tourist bustle in the little restaurants and coffee houses. If we went to Memphis again I would definitely want to stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone who is going to Memphis. You won't be disappointed.Did you find this review helpful? We came down to Memphis for my mom's 50th birthday and what a great time we had! From the moment we walked into the beautiful condo everything was just perfect. We enjoyed the mornings on the balcony with coffee and the short walk and Trolley rides to all the sights to see. I would recommend anyone staying here. We will be back! Location was A+. First time in Memphis and didn't know what to expect, but we were so close to Beale St. and many fantastic restaurants were right around the corner from this house. My family and I discovered great gems like Gus's Fried Chicken, Spindini, and Pearl's Oyster house right around the corner from this house. The owner's were great and knowledgeable, and gave us some great tips on places to eat and things to see and do. Must take a trip on the South Main trolley line, that was so much fun. The private garage was a big plus, we didn't have to drive anywhere once we got into town. We will definitely book this condo again when we come back to Memphis.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This was our first trip to Memphis and could not have enjoyed it more. We and our two best friends were greeted by the condo manager Karen who was the best ever. She gave us invaluable info for our trip. She let us into our condo which was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The gated courtyard and two car garage made everything feel secure. The location was the best. We walked to everything. Beale st, Arcade diner, Gus's fried chicken(best ever)and Pearls Oyster House and Frank's Deli was right around the corner. Having morning coffee and afternoon drinks on the balcony was wonderful. We will definitely return again.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had a great time. Our only regret we didn't have enough time to do everything we wanted to do. The location was great. You really don't need to get the car out. We used the trolley a lot and saw everything we wanted to do when we had more time. I loved being within walking distance to Beal street. Our party felt comfortable coming and going in shifts because of this. The parting noise from the bar across the street was a little loud at 2 AM but it didn't last long. Karen was great and informative and so close to the apartment if we needed her. We will be back if available sometime.
