  Thank you Rich and Diane for renting us your little piece of paradise! The condo was clean beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us, very quiet yet near great restaurants and right on the beach. We loved the lighthouse restaurant and Tuesday night BBQ at the kaibo yacht club . The sweet spot bio tour and rum point catamaran snorkel trip to stingray city are a must. can not wait to go back! Thanks again.

  My wife and I are in our mid-30's and stayed at the condo for a week away from the kids and the cold. We had been to been to 7 mile beach before but never Cayman Kai. The condo was even nicer than the pictures and exceeded our expectations. The way the kitchen/living area opened up to the pool and beach was perfect and gave it a very unique feel. We ended up enjoying most of our meals on the patio after busy days on the water, however it was also nice to be able to walk to kaibo yacht club or a short drive or bike ride to rum point. The Kai area is quiet and has a much different feel than 7mb, however we found enough to do. I wish there was a regular ferry to get to 7mb for a day trip, but driving was doable and found we needed to go back into town to restock groceries about mid-week anyway. I would recommend bringing your own snorkel gear and checking out various places around the condo and rum point on your own. We also had good experiences with red sail sports at rum point for activities. I would recommend the condo to friends of any age looking for privacy and relaxation.

  My wife and I take a winter vacation each year down south, and this year we choice Grand Cayman. We've been very busy with our life and we wanted to go to a place that we could relax, chill out, and enjoy each other and this property was PERFECT!!!!! The location was quiet and we felt very private and safe at the condo. The photos are exactly what you can expect, but I feel it was better in person. I've noticed the last few days since we've been back that I have been looking at the pictures day dreaming. Our favorite part was that the beach is right outside the door and we probably went snorkeling 2-3 times each day. I would recommend anyone wanting to swim just outside the door to bring water shoes. We found that they were great to have and helped with our enjoyment. There is a couple of restaurants about 3 mins walk away, but we found we ate all but a handful of meals at the condo. You will need a car to travel from this location, but we found it was great to travel around shopping. We loved the place so much that we are changing our vacation plans for this year to hopefully allow us to get back in Oct - Nov. Regardless if we can make it back this year...we will be back ASAP!!!

  Great location. Quiet, private, and away from the 7 mile beach crowd. The condo was well equipped, clean, well decorated, and very comfortable. We will be back.

  This is a quiet, private condo on a quiet beach on the north side of North Sound in Grand Cayman.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

  Just got back from spending 17 days at this condo. We travel a lot and rent condo's everywhere we go. We just loved this condo. The layout is amazing. Where can you have all your privacy, with your own pool that you look out to a beach and the water.The pictures are exact, so you know what you are getting. It has all the conveniences of home. It is 5 star all the way. So peacefull and relaxing. Just a couple of doors down the beach is Kaibo Yatch Club where you can get great food sitting on the picnic tables on the beach or fine dinning upstairs. Also they have a large bar you can go and get one of the islands famous Mudslides. Wow are they good. Even my beer drinking husband loved them. A mile up the road is Rum Point. Fabulous beach with turquois water, beach bar during the day. In the evening we went to the Rum Point Restaurant. We liked it so much we went there twice. A bit higher priced but well worth it. The service was great...ask for Gabe!!! He is a real sweetheart. Don't forget to try "Over the Edge" restaurant. The food is very well priced and good. Great location sitting on the deck over the water. We can hardly wait to go back to all of this.
