I have been a Steamboat Springs resident for 18 years. My first visit to Steamboat was in the summer when I fell in love with its beauty, friendly people and the host of activities that are available all in one place. I have owned this property for six years and have had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful people from all over the country and the world.
I am confident that your stay here will be most enjoyable, peaceful and full of fun forging new experiences. The patio offers a quiet respite at the end of the day whether sipping a hot chocolate or enjoying a glass of wine. The sound of the mature Aspen trees will lull your worries away. The view of the ski mountain will entice you while you gaze at its beauty. Or soak away in the hot tub which is on the premises just a few feet away.
My condo is over 1400sf and offers a large MBR with a dual vanity (granite)and a large walk in closet. Two couples or a family of four can stay here comfortably and enjoy all the ameninties. Having two bathrooms lends itself to privacy and convenience.
Take a hike nearby or fish in the beautiful Yampa River or just stroll along the bike path and take in the beautiful wildflowers.
