This historic renovated farmhouse, know as Broadknolls, is surrounded by 17 acres of lawns, garden, and meadows.

Entering from the front porch on the first floor, there are two cozy parlors, one parlor is a designated music room with a Steinway grand piano. There is a library, adjacent to the music room, with TV and DVD, powder room, dining room, and a large eat-in kitchen. The kitchen has a dining area with French doors leading into the garden, and a work area with new appliances including a Viking stove and Bosch dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room with washer and dryer.

On the second floor there are four bedrooms (2 with a queen bed, 1 with a full bed, 1 with a single twin bed) and three baths (two full and one half). On the third floor there is a bedroom with 2 twin sized beds. There is also an office with a computer (Broadband) a TV/DVD/VCR.

  • My family stayed at this house last Summer. It was perfect, great house, great location. We highly recommend it as long as it isn't for a week that we want to rent it.
