My wife and I wanted to create a beautiful getaway close to the ocean that we love and close to the unbelievable variety of attractions available in the Myrtle Beach area. As beautiful as the beach house appears in the pictures, you will be equally as charmed by the experience of being there. The inside is beautifully furnished with an emphasis on comfort and convenience. We surrounded both floors with decks and placed as many glass doors as possible in the walls to both maximize the natural light inside, and also to allow "instant access" to the ever-present deck.

Your walk to the beach will be short, and the walk on the beach both refreshing and beautiful.
The beach house was completed in September 2003. It is located in Ocean Lakes, an award-winning, family-oriented, resort community located on the ocean with one mile of private, Grand Strand beach. This is a gated resort community with a full-time, around-the-clock, security force. Once you park your car under the beach house, the calm, friendly community known as Ocean Lakes will envelop you. You can relax on the decks or on the beach, or choose to enjoy the many recreational activities available within the resort community.
You can also choose to venture off the resort to experience the many nearby attractions including over 100 golf courses and the breathtaking assortment of attractions the Myrtle Beach area has to offer. Some you might want to consider are BROOKGREEN GARDENS, RIPLEY'S AQUARIUM, CAROLINA OPRY, DIXIE STAMPEDE, HARD ROCK CAFÉ, HOUSE OF BLUES, or the superb seafood restaurants of nearby Murrell's Inlet.

Just returned from a wonderful week in this condo. We took our children and grandchildren. This condo was perfect for all of us. A lot of room for the children and adults. Close to the beach but recommend you rent a golf cart,not only for the short trip to the beach, it is easier to put things in cart than carry, but the enjoyment of the golf cart ride in the evenings. So much to do at this resort and close to everything. The beach in this area is beautiful! Nice to have lifegurads on duty. Ronnie was great answering any questions we had and taking care of anything we needed. He was great to work with. I highly recommend this condo to anyone needing a lot of room. If we all go back as a big family again we will definetly stay here.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
