Beach-front condo conveniently located approximately 1 mile north of San Pedro on Ambergris Caye Island, Belize.
Incredible ocean and barrier reef views, 3 swimming pools (swim up bar at the main pool), 2 hot tubs, a beautiful pier, a wonderful staff and a great location on the island makes this condo the most desired.
After looking at various condos and locations on the island we chose Grand Caribe because it is a beautiful, well maintained property with a great location to San Pedro.
It is on the north side of the island which has a more "relaxing", "neighborhood" feel and is the nicest condo development closest to town without being "in town".
With almost 1600 square feet, the condo is ideal since it is second floor (better views), a middle unit (has a larger patio) and the location of the unit is shaded all day so you can spend time on the patio without the sun on you.
The minute you open the door, we hope you have a relaxing feeling and take in the breath-taking views. Both bedrooms have top of the line beds and linens and have an attached bathroom with large showers. The master bath also has a jacuzzi tub. The condo includes 3 flat screen tv's with cable/satellite, several DVD players and wireless internet. If you're tired at the end of the day, the "Foot Prints" pool bar will deliver a wonderful meal and drinks to the condo.
Our goal is for you to have the same feel here as a 5 star hotel and desire to come back each year.
The staff will help you with your every need and schedule any excursions you want. Scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, visiting the Mayan ruins, cave tubing and zip-lining are just a few. You can even spend the day visiting other islands around Belize (Caye Caulker and Placencia are two popular islands).
They will schedule a golf cart rental for you if you want to go to town or you can just catch the boat taxi at the end of the dock.
There are numerous restaurants you can walk to from the condo. There's even a "yoga" retreat next door where you can take a class or just enjoy a great breakfast or lunch.
You can do as much or as little as you want . . . just enjoy the day!
Ambergris Caye is the largest island off the coast of Belize surrounded by the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. It's breathtaking scenery, wonderful climate, friendly English speaking people, and close proximity to the second largest barrier reef in the world make Ambergris Caye one of the best vacations spots in the Caribbean.

What a relaxing vacation we had at Grand Caribe! The condo had a wonderful spa-like feel while the balcony provided a beautiful view of the ocean. Our visit was during the low season and our intent was to have a very relaxing vacation, however we found ourselves kayaking and snorkeling in the clear water. In the evenings we were transported by ocean taxi to dine at various quaint restaurants along the beach. We rented a golf cart to go into San Pedro. The town has a friendly feel and the locals are very accommodating to visitors. It was truly hard to pack our bags to leave. This is a perfect place to really escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We highly recommend it!

About the owner: We are from Kansas, USA
Why the Owner Chose San Pedro:
We've traveled to a wide variety of tropical getaways, but had never fallen in love with a location like Belize. We love that the main transportation on the island is golf carts and boat taxis (comes by the dock frequently to take you anywhere you want). The only cars allowed are taxis transporting visitors from the airport. The island has a "simple" feel with buildings only 3 stories high. The water is crystal clear and usually calm since the barrier reef holds back any crashing waves. A very unique place compared to places we've traveled.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Potentially the most fun & relaxing vacation of your life.
