Bike to nearby Sombrero Beach, only .9 miles away or around the golf course. Lounge by the pool and relax with an umbrella drink from the tiki bar! Feel the gentle breezes as your cares drift away.
There are so many things to do ~ sportfishing, snorkeling, diving, kayaking, sailing, golfing, tennis, catching some rays, or just relaxing ~ this is the place!
Convenient to grocery store, post office, movie theater, great restaurants, fishing charters, golf course. Attractions nearby include: Turtle Hospital, Dolphin Research Center, Crane Hammock Museum, Seven Mile Bridge. Key West is a scenic one hour drive away. See the Key deer on Big Pine Key.
The bedroom has two double beds and balcony view of Boot Key Harbor. Linens provided. TV in bedroom and living room. Kitchen is equipped with microwave, coffeemaker, blender, pots/pans, dishes and utensils. (no dishwasher) Bathroom has shower, hair dryer. Laundry facilities are on site.
Bring your boat and launch at the resort ramp. Trailer parking available. Are you a snowbird? Come on down and stay with us for the winter season!

Overall, this was not a bad place to stay - just seemed to have issues with many things during our 4-week visit. When we arrived there was no hot water. Also, insufficient linens were provided. Some of the bed linens were in poor condition. Items in the kitchen were not clean (due to no hot water?), & kitchen was not stocked with some basic items. Cable TV service was interrupted, and the WIFI stopped working. All the problems with the unit were addressed by the property manager in a timely fashion, just seemed to be a comedy of errors. The unit has been remodeled, but a few maintenance issues remain. The laundry facility is within walking distance, but washers & dryers were out of service several times while we were there. This is an issue with the resort itself, not the unit owner - as is the appearance of the grounds on the resort. There just seems to be a lack of basic upkeep & maintenance such as trash not being emptied, spilling out, blowing around & not being cleaned up. Rusty A/C units with piles of rusting metal laying underneath. The resort management needs to pay more attention to how the facility presents itself if it hopes to remain competitive.Recommended for: Sightseeing.
