Luxurious one bedroom/one bath condominium on Canal Road in Orange Beach, Alabama. Enjoy this well-decorated condo in the summer or winter months. From this extra large balcony, you can see the neighboring Sportman's Marina, Terry Cove, Ono Island and Robinson Island. Enjoy the oversized zero entry pool with fountains, and in the winter months, take a dip in the heated circular pool or hot tub. The fitness facility, with top of the line equipment, is open to all guests, along with the wet and dry sauna.
Walk on the city sidewalks to the Orange Beach Community Center/tennis courts and park. Enjoy lunch or dinner at the Harbour Grille right next door, or one of many other seafood restaurants locally owned and within two miles, along with shopping and easy access to the public beaches.

Condo was very nice, very spacious. Photos don't do it justice. The owners were extremely easy to work with and provided lots of extra information on the area to make the stay more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property to others and fully expect to be back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This condo was a fantastic choice for our vacation. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay at this upscale condo comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen has anything you might need. There is a large flat screen TV for Football or HGTV. The very best part of this condo is its large balcony and view. This balcony is private. No other condos or balconys look onto yours. Not all balconys/condos here are private. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the Marina activity, the boats in the bay and the Dolphins. The view of the bay at night was stunning. The pool is awsome and can be viewed from the balcony as well. The location of The Moorings is great. The drive to Foley for shopping was easy. This road takes you directly to Highway 59 with all the stores. The owner was a delight to work with. She made everything smooth and was available if we ever needed anything, We can HIGHLY recommended this condo!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

My husband and I enjoyed your condo very much! The living room/kitchen were very big and roomy and the balcony was private and big! We also had a great view of the pool and the bay! The condo was in a great location - close to restaurants and the public beach. The pool was big and had great sitting areas all around. We look forward to renting form you again!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.
