I can't say one bad word except goodbye...If you got a group of 10-12 the place is perfect. If you don't want the crowdiness of a hotel this is the place. If you're asian the only thing you need is a rice cooker. The place includes plenty of towels n xtra blankets. The cooler and stroller was a plus. They got a little game room in the garage and pool for the kids. I came mid april and the pool heat wasn't needed except for one night when it rained.There's a publix and walmart around the corner.(and a dunkin donuts) The drive wasn't bad to Disney. You might see people complain about traffic in some reviews on other houses. But it's Orlando(aka rubber neckin central) there's always traffic for no reason. Without traffic is 15 min with traffic 20-30 min. Trust me the location is perfect cuz if you're in a place where there is congestion it's takes you 10 to 15 minutes to get out of a parking lot. Plus it's real easy access to I-4 if your're going to Tampa, Clearwater, or St. Pete. I would definitely recommend this to friends and fam. Thanx for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

We absolutely LOVED this home! It is decorated lovely, family friendly, has spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and boasted plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing. The kitchen was pleasant and stocked well. We were extremely impressed with the private pool and outside dining area as well as the security system for the private pool since we have two young children. Additionally, the game room was an added bonus that entertained the adults as well as the children. The house is situated in an ideal location within High Grove resorts being directly across from the heated community pool, clubhouse and playground. The neighborhood is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants and local attractions (all a 10-15 minute ride). The owners were amazing; reserving the home was incredibly easy and they provided a lot of useful information prior to our arrival. I will be a returning renter and will be recommending this home to family and friends.

If I was going back to Orlando in the near future I would not write this review as this has to be the best place to stay in the Orlando area for the price. The home is relatively new and very convenient to the different parks of Disney.On arrival we found the unit to be very clean,and the house was exactly as described in the the description. The owner we dealt with directly by email and they were totally honest and treated us with respect and answered all our questions and processed and forwarded any transactions promptly and accurately. If you are lucky enough to find this unit available when you are booking your holiday grab it because I don't think it can be beat.

overall from the time of booking , information received , payments and having a fine holiday I can't fault the experience. our holiday went like clockwork. the villa came up to expectation. our holiday was all golf and the location was ideal for numerous good golf courses within 1/2 hour to3/4 hour travelling. I would have no hesitation in recommending the villa to anyone wishing to stay in Orlando area. Restaurants recommend Longhorn Steak House and Red Lobster on the 192. Once again Thank you Sean and Mary for allowing us to stay in your wonderful property

Thanks you so much for making our special family vacation to america so magical! The house was brilliant and was perfect for the children with the games room and gated pool. Everything we needed was there when we arrived. The house was imaculate and was very comfortable. If we ever return to america we will be without a doubt be booking this house again.

Great location for enjoying Parks

My husband and I along with my daughter and her four children spent a wonderful week at this property.This villa is everything it states in the listing and more. It was very clean and spacious. Even my grandchildren asked to leave Disney and go home and swim. You can not beat the location in relation to the parks. We did not have any traffic getting in the parks either. There are many restaurants within a few miles but the villa is well equipped for preparing your own meals. Sean and Mary are always helpful and I hope to return to stay here again.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Sean could not have been more helpful to us in preparing for this trip. All details were super easy and he was very accommodating! The home was immaculate, beautiful, clean and had more than enough room for us all. Very nice gated development. Everything was there for us to use, and the Wal Mart was very close. We are impressed over all and would stay here again!

Hi Sean & Mary, Back home :-( but wanted to email to let you know how great we thought your house was. Thanks for making it so easy to sort out the rental with yourselves and great to turn up with the codes and no offices to have to find first, bliss. This was so much better than using a tour operator. We were able to get straight into the holiday from our first morning rather than spending the morning paying deposits and being sold trips!! We were up early the first morning and straight to the Magic Kingdom for opening - The perfect way to start any Disney holiday. You're ideally located on the 27 and great for getting away from the hustle and bustle. The pool was perfect (couldn't get my daughter out of it!!). Plenty of room espeacially with only 3 of us. I am glad to say we didn't have any issues so there was no need to call Daren. The house looked perfect for our arrival. It was really helpful being able to use your wifi whilst away for maps and bookings etc. You have thought of everything for your house making for a better and more relaxing holiday. We would recommend your house to anyone. Thanks again and feel free to use our comments for your advertising. I am sure you will hear from us in the future, hopefully not too distant!! Perfect vacation house for our family - 4 adults and 4 small children

We wanted to take our young grandchildren to Florida for their first Disney experience and we were looking for a safe and affordable way to do it. After searching through more than a hundred VRBO properties online, we selected Sean & Mary's house for several reasons and were 100% satisfied with our decision. The price was very reasonable; the space was very accommodating; there was a private pool and hot tub; Sean and Mary were very responsive to our pre-booking questions (as well as once we were onsite); the house was in a gated community with a clubhouse and playground; and of course the proximity to/from the major parks and attractions (Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios). We used the pool and hot tub everyday, even if it was just to dangle our feet after a long hot day at a park. We would stay here again and have recommended this property to our friends. The concept of renting a house instead of hotel room(s) means you are able to save money and time on dining in and preparing your own meals if you want. With the number of guests in our party, our cost could easily have been doubled! Thank you Sean and Mary for sharing your beautiful and spacious home with us at an affordable price. My friend and I have been going to Orlando for our annual golf outing for 13 years. Each year, we rent a house via VRBO.com. Of all the properties we have stayed at. Our stay at this home was the most "uneventful". When you are in Orlando for 5 night, playing 36 holes per day, "uneventful" is actually a VERY positive trait. Everything went off as planned. nothing went wrong. In past years we've had owners give us the wrong key code, cancel the rental 2 weeks before arrival, we've experienced all sorts of shortcomings with each property. This time around, our stay was truly uneventful and we were able to enjoy our reason for being in town: GOLF :) As a bonus, the owners were wonderful to deal with in the booking process. Many thanks.

Close to Disney (only 20 minutes) and also close enough to visit places like Spring Hill, Mount Dora and Winter Park if you get fed up of the usual parks. Very good for supermarket shopping and we managed to cook some meals ourselves. The owners always kept us up to date with any queries we had. The property was clean and well-maintained and very spacious. I would recommend this to friends and family and would even stay there again if I visit that area the next time.

Sean, thank you for the swift refund. Most appreciated.As regards your property, we were sad to leave it. As my wife said that in the 3-4 times we have been to florida , this is the first time she was so relaxed. Your property is a credit to you and your family. The painting of the garage commenced on the thursday before we left but it was of no hinderance to us. We didnt need to use your manager except for directions.He did come by to fix some meshing around pool.We are going to recommend your property to our friends and if we go to Orlando again we would like to stay at your property again.
