Its been a long journey. What was once a vacant dusty forgotten home is now one of the nicest houses on its street. Its been a joy to work on improving this property over the last 5 years and the job is finally done. We realize that you have many choices about where you stay in Kino Bay and we will work hard to make your stay at our off beach home (2 blocks) a great experience. We have also adjusted our rates, providing our guests with by far, the most economical private vacation rental in Kino. Good management on site and attention to detail will ensure that your vacation or trip to Kino is one that you will remember fondly. Our property is pretty big but also works well for small groups. There are multiple floors so privacy is not a problem. We have installed a new water pump, cistern and heater, so nice hot showers will be available. New space heaters have also been supplied for the colder Winter months. Linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is stocked with the usual supplies and appliances.
Stores, shops, restaurants, the beach, parks and museums are just blocks away. Medical and police attention is also located nearby.
We will be happy to help in any way with planning your trip. Feel free to call with any concerns, needs, or questions.
We are not a 5 star, deluxe, modern beach front villa. What we are is a safe, clean, very economical private rental home just (175) paces from the Sea of Cortez in the tranquil town of Bahia de Kino.
