Recently redecorated condominium overlooks courtyard with heated pool. Beach is across the street. Shore Drive is a family area with no through traffic. Restaurant Row, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, and Golf are close by. Ocean Annie's is a short walk. There are two pools in this complex, a putting green, and children's playground. Charcoal grills are provided in the courtyard.
Amenities include TV and ceiling fan in all bedrooms, 32 inch TV in living room with DVD/VCR combo, extra VCR, wet bar with second refrigerator, new full size washer and dryer. There is a screened-in porch and small deck off master bedroom.
Linens are not included. (Linens can be rented for $65). There is a king-size bed in master bedroom, queen in second bedroom, and two twins in third bedroom. Living room sofa is also a queen sleeper. Blankets and pillows are provided. This is a Smoke-Free condo and no pets are allowed. Departure cleaning is included in rental fee.
