Recently redecorated condominium overlooks courtyard with heated pool. Beach is across the street. Shore Drive is a family area with no through traffic. Restaurant Row, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, and Golf are close by. Ocean Annie's is a short walk. There are two pools in this complex, a putting green, and children's playground. Charcoal grills are provided in the courtyard.
Amenities include TV and ceiling fan in all bedrooms, 37 inch flat screen TV in living room with DVD/VCR combo, wet bar with second refrigerator, full size washer and dryer. There is a screened-in porch and small deck off master bedroom.
Linens are not included. (Linens can be rented for $50). There is a king-size bed in master bedroom, queen in second bedroom, and two twins in third bedroom. Living room sofa is also a queen sleeper. Blankets and pillows are provided. This is a Smoke-Free condo and no pets are allowed. Departure cleaning is included in rental fee.
This condo has an elevator in the building, keyless entry and secure internet access.

Thank you and your husband so much for allowing my family to rent your Myrtle Beach property; we had a blast. The space was sufficient, the amenities were beyond expectation (Wi-Fi), and the location to other attractions was excellent. Our family truly enjoyed your home.
