This wonderful studio apartment is located just step from the beach and all of the Croisette activities. We stayed four nights and it was a perfect base for seeing surrounding areas, as well. The roomy apartment is light and airy, with a nice balcony. The new bed was very comfortable. The free internet access was great for keeping up with family and work. We would love to go back to Cannes and stay longer at this great little apartment.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.

This little apartment literally has everything and the location is perfect! Restaurants and little shops are at your fingertips. The apartment is modern and again its location, location, location!

I had a very pleasant stay here during a conference. The location was ideal and I was able to walk to everything. The kitchen had all the basics. The shower water pressure was fabulous! The apartment was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. There's a huge grocery store a few blocks away. I also appreciated the in-house hair dryer & curler too. Great communication with owners too. I am very pleased I stayed here and not in a hotel. Thanks again Virginia!

It was very close to all! It was quaint and well suited for our needs. The building is quiet and Mmez is very accommodating. I would recommend it for two people~

It was the most pleasant time to spend throughout more than a decade when I visited Cannes for business 2 or 3 times a year. Virginia, your hospitality was just fabulous and so as Mme. Richez', the caretaker. Immediate hot shower, clean kitchen and perfect Internet access was just so valuable. I would definitely come back if I have a chance.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apt during our visit to Cannes. It offered so much more than a hotel room at a very reasonable price. The apartment is clean and comfortable, simply furnished, and offers lots of closet and storage area. The kitchen was so nice to have to enjoy our purchases from the local daily farmers markets. We also took advantage of the little washing machine and dryer rack stored in the closet. Internet access was reliable. It is indeed in a wonderful location...everything is walkable. The Carlton hotel is a block or two away (in fact you can see it from the balcony) and it is a couple streets up from the waterfront. The bed was quite comfortable for us (despite it being labeled a "sofa bed") and the building and area in general is quite quiet. We did occassionally hear neighbors arriving in the corridor of our floor, but outside of that we were not awakened at night. Virginia is an exceptionally friendly and responsive owner. The building supervisor who was there to check us in and out is also quite hospitable, despite the language barrier (we speak English and Spanish) we were able to arrive and leave with no issues. We woulds stay here again in a heartbeat!

You'll find this apartment clean, quiet and close to everything; the beach, the shops, restaurants and a pleasant walk to the Palais. It overlooks a nice quiet courtyard.

HI Virginia, The apartment is great and I had everything I needed. It was quiet, charming and very sunny. Not that I spent much time there during the day, but the days are now longer so I was able to see some sun at the end of the day. Anyway, I would definitely recommend your apartment to anyone and use it again myself. I told my husband that next time it would be great if he joined my because it's really well suited for a couple.
