There is a full size kitchen new stainless steel refrigerator and large dining room table. There are two sofas. Also in the living room there is a wood burning fireplace all wood is provided on property and fee of charge with your rental. There is a deck off the living room. Brand new silk blackout curtains in the living room. there is a brand new flat screen 37' TV with DVD and VHS.
There is a totally updated half bath on the first floor. The bathroom has a granite top and new wood vanity. New mirror, light and flooring.
Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms and full bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed, with a brand new 500 TC duvet and new comforter in the duvet (all bedrooms have new duvets and comforters/blankets). All of the pillows are brand new and very comfortible and are down or down alternative in all bedrooms. It has a brand new flat screenTV that is 26'
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with the same linens mentioned above. Both Bedrooms have full size closets.

The 3rd bedroom is very large and has 3 bunk beds in it (sleeping 6) The two other bedrooms sleep two persons each. The bedding is also the same as mentioned in the queen bedroom. It has a new flat screen TV with a DVD built in and is 22'.
The washer and dryer is also brand new and is conveniently located upstairs. If you are not used to having laundry upstairs this is a real treat. Most units in Edgemont do not have laundry in the units.
The bathroom upstairs is totally renovated with new flooring, shower curtains, bathroom assessories, mirror, light, vanity (has two sinks in it very modern style vessel sinks).

Myself, boyfriend and 2 other couples just returned from a long weekend at (Edgemont) Killington and what an absolute blast we had. The condo was perfect for us, it was clean, convenient and had more than we could ask for. The kitchen was well stocked, the rooms a nice size and with their own thermostat, the fireplace was a huge plus and the location could not have been better, The shuttle pick up so close to the unit and mountain was so important to our group! The owner Kim was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the property was exactly how it was described (if not better). Would definately stay here again and recommend to anyone who is looking for the comforts of home and hassle free vacation!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

We just returned from a 3 days long weekend and we could not be any happier with our experience! The apartment is great, just like advertised, fully equipped with everything is needed. And more so, there is an attention to the details that make one really feel welcomed: the toiletries gift waiting on the table, the perfect temperature in the rooms when outside is really cold, and the teddybears inviting one to sleep in the kids room. And did I mentioned the most comfortable beds? The best part of this experience is how easy, pleasant and convenient was to communicate with Kim (the owner) who has ben a delight from the moment we inquired until we came back. We are looking forward for our next weaken! Thank you Kim! We had a great stay at Edgemont. Your home is clean and was comfortable for our family of five. Thank you for replacing the microwave so quickly! It was really convenient to take the shuttle over to the mountain. We ended up cooking at home a few nights and found the kitchen to be well stocked. And the conditions on the mountain were pretty good with about 80 trails open. Overall, it was a great family trip! We had a wonderful stay at Edgemont. The unit has been maintained beautifully, was very clean and spacious for our family of 6. The beds were noticably better than any rental we've ever stayed in...even our 6 year old commented on how comfortable the beds were!! Kim always responded quickly to our emails and questions, and when we left an electronic device in the unit, she promptly had it shipped to us. I can't say enough!!! Thanks for a great stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.
Owner response: It is always important to have a comfortible bed and linens. I cannot tell you how many times I have rented units or stayed in hotels with horrible beds. Probably at a hotel you would not have been so lucky to recover the electronic item. We are all glad we could help you get it back!!

I'll admit, at first I was hesitant to send a check in the mail to someone I had only spoke to on the phone. But after reading the reviews regarding Kim's properties and the glowing feedback she had received as a property manager, I felt comfortable everything would work out just fine. When we got there, I was not disappointed! The property was great and Kim was a pleasure to work with. We got in late and the keys and necessary information was exactly where she said it would be. I look forward to traveling to Killington to stay at another of Kim's properties in the future!Owner response: I have rented several properties on VRBO myself so I understand the first time I was hesitant and nervous about the entire process. Good reviews are important and I do not rent units that do not have a few good reviews preferably at least 5-6. But I am glad you had a great time and I hope to have you back.

stayed in this area of killington many times in the past. this years lodging choice was perfect for our group.the owner was beyond helpful and one of the nicest people ive ever had to deal with . she saw us through the whole process without any problems making sure we where well informaed, comfortable and had all we could possibly need. will difenitly look to use one of her locations in the futureRecommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We stayed in this unit between Christmas and New Year and it was everything we could hope for. The room with all of the bunk beds was great for kids, and it had 2 "regular" bedrooms for parents. Everything was clean and worked great. The ski lockers were a nice feature so you didn't have to drag snowy equipment into the condo. The owners were quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with, even on a last-minute reservation. We will definitely contact them the next time we're looking for a place in Killington.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children.

Kim, the property owner, was amazing and fast to work with. Being right on the mountain was amazing, 3 minutes on the shuttle, and you are ready to ski/board. Every big rest/bar has a free shuttle that picked us up and dropped us off. Thanks Kim, for a great new year experience! Our stay was wonderful. There was a mix up early on with getting the keys but the owner happened to be nearby and quickly came to help. The place was spotless upon arrival. Cancellation policy:
THIS IS LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT. IF NOT UNDERSTOOD, SEEK COMPETENT LEGAL ADVICE VACATIONS/RECREATION LEASE Landlord, Kim Dennis and Tenant (name here) address needed. WITNESSTH, that the LANDLORD hereby leases to the TENANT, and TENANT leases from landlord, the premises located at: 788 East Mountain Road Edgemont unit D2, Killington, VT 05751. The TENANT acknowledges that Occupancy for said property is for 8. If at any time the tenant exceeds said amount then it is grounds to evict after 1st warning. This lease shall begin on enter date at 5pm, an earlier check-in may be available but not guaranteed. Please contact me three days prior to the rental start date, if you need to check-in at an earlier time. The lease shall end enter date at 10:30 AM failure to vacate the premises by the aforementioned time is a violation of this lease and a charge will be assessed depending upon when you vacate the property; unless prior arrangements have been agreed to and stated above. Holdover rental rate will be at the rate of $900.00 per day plus tax (if you do not let me know ahead of time that you wish to extend your rental and refuse to leave). The TENANT agrees to pay total enter amount which includes for the rental dates above: all linens for the beds, towels, washcloths, starter paper products/soap (paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, toilet tissue, tissues, napkins, shampoo/conditioner, bar soap, dishwasher soap, coffee filters, and other various kitchen/bathroom supplies), all taxes, cleaning upon departure, and service by my concierge for key pick-up/drop off and handling of any issues/concerns or emergencies. Firewood is also included and is located in bins throughout the property. Please make sure the flu is open BEFORE starting the fireplace. Please note there is not daily cleaning service for this rental. The rental will be cleaned and provisioned as stated above upon arrival and cleaned upon departure. Trash should be removed frequently, and the dumpsters are located in the garage area of the main parking lot behind the stockade fence. The LANDLORD hereby notifies the TENANT that the agency below is the authorized to receive notice of violations of law and to accept service of process on behalf of the OWNER and further that the Killington Group shall act as local Killington concierge during this rental providing check-in/out including delivery of the keys for the property, as well as providing any emergency services on behalf of the landlord during the term of this lease. No animals, birds, or pets of any description shall be kept in or upon the leased premises, this is a violation of the contract with the association. The TENANT will be responsible for all damages or breakage and/or loss to the premises, except normal wear which may result from occupancy. 3. The TENANT shall leave the house in a clean and orderly condition. 4. If the TENANT defaults and/or otherwise fails to comply as regards to any item in this lease, the TENANT agrees to vacate said premises upon receipt of proper notification from the LANDLORD and/or the above mentioned local agent (The Killington Group) and forfeit all remaining rental monies. 5. The TENANT will be in violation of this lease if state or local police, or other law enforcement officials, are called to the premises for noise complaint, or any civil or criminal violation. 6. The TENANT agrees to allow the LANDLORD or his agent to enter and view the premises with reasonable notice to the tenant: a. to inspect the premises b. to make repairs thereto c. pursuant to a Court Order, and d. to protect the premises if it appears that the said premises have been abandoned by Tenant 7. The LANDLORD and the TENANT agree that should the premises be destroyed by fire or other casualty so as to become unfit for human habitation that the lease shall thereby be ended, with refund to the TENANT for any rent item unused prorata. 8. The LANDLORD agrees to keep his property in good repair and to supply fixtures and households furnishings, equipment or other personal property only as represented at the time of the rental. 9. The purpose of this lease is a vacation rental. 10. Rental monies are due within 5 business days of receipt of the rental contract unless the first occupancy date is within 30 days. In that case the rental monies are due within 1 business day to prevent the property being rented to another guest. 11. In the case of cancellation, the rental is not refunded. My rental properties are clean and well maintained. We believe that our pictures are extremely representative of the unit you will occupy. Smoking is not allowed inside the premises (If you do smoke in the condo there will be a $800 charge to clean the unit) 13. 50% ($) of the deposit is due now and the rest is due 30 days prior to arrival so payment of the deposit is due upon execution of this rental agreement, a 4% convenience fee will be assessed to all charges on credit cards no fees are assessed on wires. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Monies are non-refundable. 14. No security deposit is required. In lieu of a security deposit guests may to take property insurance. The cost is $49, which is non-refundable, and offers $1500 worth of ACCIDENTAL damage coverage. Any damage over $1500 or if not covered by the insurance is the sole responsibility of the renter. This is limited to damage not items taken from the unit. Guests may to take the renal damage insurance if they are new renters to me.
