The view includes Oceanside Beach and the three arch rocks where sea lions and birdlife dwell. Whale watching can be viewed during migrating times of the year. The house has many windows and sky lights to allow viewing of these beautiful scenes.
The top floor is a master suite with king-size bed, private hot tub, private full bathroom, stereo system, furniture, and TV system.
