Sandestin beach resort in located on 2400 acres that span three and one half miles between the Gulf of Mexico and the Choctawhatchee Bay. Sandestin Resort offers every amenity imaginable. The resort is self contained and one never needs to leave. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, nightlife, pools, beach, bike riding, walking, fishing, and much more.
Crystal Lake is nestled on the bayside of Sandestin Resort. These are quaint family friendly houses situated on a large lake out the back door. Great for fishing or just enjoying the view.
Our 4 bedroom 3 bath home was purchased in May 2011. The home has all new furniture and accessories. There are 2 master suites each with king size bed and master bath. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two full size beds. There is a screened in porch with a sitting area and a fenced in patio area. There is a dock on the lake to use for fishing or just relaxing.

We very much enjoyed your home in Sandestin. It was perfect for our needs--down to the walk-in closet for a baby"s pak-and-play crib. It was very well stocked. After renting condos in Sandestin for 30 years I was accustomed to bringing dish detergent,dishwasher detergent, extra cups,plates,etc. It was nice to have yours as backup. In fact we had such a good time we want to rent it next summer about the same time --if we can have use of your golf cart. It is so nice to be able to go the beach in the golf cart and not have sand in our car for the trip back to Memphis. We especially liked the porch and fenced area. Thank you for sharing it with us!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This home was perfect for our end of summer vacation! The decor was exactly what I had in mind and the house had all of the amenities we needed! My children loved the lake, the porch was perfect for my morning coffee and the golf cart made trips to the Beach/Wharf so easy!! And, the owner was very easy to work with! I highly recommend a stay at this house!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children.

We loved our stay here! We enjoyed having our coffee on the patio every morning. The house itself was beautifully decorated and and nicely furnished. The golf cart was a blast! I highly recomend this property!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
