This Platinum unit has a beautiful warm contemporary decor with a spectacular view of the Emerald coast and Gulf from the thirteenth floor private balcony.The living area is custom decorated with warm Tuscan colors and custom tiled flooring. The master bedroom is on the gulf side with access to the balcony to soak in the views. Custom King and queen bedding will make you sleep like a baby in total relaxation. The master bathroom has a luxurious garden tub and separate shower with dual sinks. For convenience there is a laundry room with a stackable washer dryer. Relax and watch your favorite shows on one of three TV's and DVD players or listen to music on our CD stereo system. Our kitchen includes many upgrades such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and rich dark wood cabinets. Enjoy the dining table for six as well as three barstools for eating at the bar.
Great food and live music is just an elevator ride away at the Cubana Cafe at the entrance of the property. If the beach isn't your scene the property has over 11,000 square feet of pools to relax and enjoy. The bayside of the property overlooks your very own par 72 Golf course, great to play when the day is overcast and you want to get some excersize. There is a fitness facility on the premise as well if you want to get a good sweat going before dining out at some of the best restaurants the Emerald Coast has to offer.

About the owner: We are the McEnerney Family! Mom , Dad and Four Kids. Two Boys and two girls. We are from the State of Maryland and fell in love with the Emerald Coast years ago before kids when my Tennessee bride and I were dating. We are both self employed and feel very blessed that we can share our sunsets with friends family and most importantly our guests. We welcome you as our special guest and will treat you like family. ps. Just be nice to our place and treat it like it is your family's place =)
Why the Owner Chose Ariel Dunes:
We love the properties Gulf Views, white beaches and the pools are great for the kids and I am always trying to become a better golfer! Everything you need is on the property or a brief stroll away. Sunsets and a cold beverage make me very happy and relaxed.
