We invite you to our home that is ideally located in Reynolds Plantation. Our home is located on the Plantation Golf Course and a two-minute walk to the Plantation Commons, clubhouse, pool, tennis courts and Reynolds beautiful walking trails. Whatever your preference, it’s close at hand. It’s an automatic lifestyle of luxury.
You will immediately know upon entering our home that you are staying in a special place that has been painstakingly designed down to the fixtures, finishes, furnishings and artwork throughout.
Our open first floor is perfect for your family vacation or reconnecting with friends. The kitchen is designed as the “hub” of activity and boasts views of the golf course. You will love hanging out at the island counter with raised breakfast bar that has “the best view in the house.”
There is a “tie” for our favorite rooms. Mine is our screened in outdoor living room and my husband’s is the keeping room office. In both rooms, you feel like you are in a “treehouse”.
With four bedrooms and 3.5 baths, there is abundant space for your family or group up to a maximum of 10 guests total. The first floor master bedroom offers a private retreat with a foyer, cathedral ceiling, queen bed, en suite bath, and custom designed walk-in closet. On the second floor you will find our “bunk room which also has a cathedral ceiling, 3 twin beds and a futon; and another bedroom with a cathedral ceiling, queen bed and private balcony; and full bath.
In addition, we have a private guest apartment with its own entrance, family room with queen sleeper sofa, kitchen, full bath, and bedroom queen bed.
The spacious home offers a functional floor plan and numerous indoor and outdoor sitting areas.; a place for you to experience a relaxing vacation with family and friends. We promise you will want to “linger longer.”

The place was perfect. We had 8 guys in town for the Masters. We had plenty of room. We loved the range right behind the house.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The listing description did not do justice to this GREAT property! A lovely location overlooking the driving range, the house is meticulously maintained and clean. From answering some initial questions to returning the keys the owners were a delight and were most helpful. This is one vacation destination that I would definitely recommend to both family and friends.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Five of my business associates and I stayed here. The layout is ideal! The wrap-around screened in porch was perfect for early morning coffee and evening drinks. The house provides quality private bedroom space, including a smashing lower level apartment and wonderful first floor great room, dining and kitchen area. Our house ended up being the "gathering place" for the whole group - an unexpected benefit. We still tell embellished stories from this long weekend of meetings, fun and southern hospitality.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My 3 sisters and I were looking for a break from our usual "Wisconsin weekend getaway". We chose this place, as it was in close proximity for all of us. I cannot say enough about this home. The layout, decor, ammenities,etc. were over the top. And we truly enjoyed our spa day at the Ritz Carlton. Everything at Reynolds is magical - the food, the breathtaking surroundings, nature, and of course the comfort we felt while renting this home. I am a retired contractor and very particular about the quality of places where I stay. My wife and I rented this home for a month last winter to escape from the snow. From my professional perspective, the home has been extremely well-maintained. From my personal perspective, wintering at Reynolds sure beats Chicago. While the Georgian's were complaining about their "cold" weather, my wife and I found plenty to do and had fun exploring the area.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+.

This house is wonderful! I have stayed here several times and can't say enough about it. It is spotless, beautifully decorated, and just plain comfortable! Whatever you are looking for - a family vacation, peace and serenity, friends gathering, a romantic weekend away -- you can find it all at Robin and Steves beautiful home. My husband and I have a favorite spot - the porch for reading a book or gathering with family. Away from the house we loved walking on the trails, and boating. My wife and I have stayed at this home with our four young (six year old triplets and an eight year old) children on several occasions. Our most recent visit was in March of 2011 for Spring Break. The location is ideal as it is directly adjacent to and overlooks a driving range. We would walk down in the late afternoon, when the adults were finished, and hit a bucket of balls. There was no charge for the bucket of balls and the nice guys in the golf shop allowed us to use several child size clubs also at no charge. Just beyond the driving range is the Plantation Club which we took full advantage of the children's play ground with jungle gym, tennis courts, swimming pool, bocce ball court, etc. The small club house at the pool has bathrooms and a kitchenette that were very convenient. We ate both brunch and dinner at the main dining room in main club house. The food and friendly service were great and they were very receptive and accommodating to us having four young children. Once we purchased our groceries at Publix, just outside the entrance to Reynolds Plantation, we really did not need our car again. The Plantation Club offered everything we needed withing short walking distance. We did drive to the Ritz Carlton as they also have activities for young children such as bicycle rentals, fishing and canoeing. The home itself is a townhouse style condominium. It has a great open floor plan and is beautifully decorated. We did not need the lower level walk out however, we are thinking of renting it this year in addition to the upper level for grandma and grandpa to join us. The owner has been excellent to work with making it easy for us on all fronts. Communication has been excellent. We are already planning on returning for Spring Break 2012!Recommended for: Families with young children.

Excellent location in Reynolds! Loved the walking trails and the close proximity of the golf course and pool! The decor of the house is just beautiful and the layout is perfect for entertaining family and friends. We just got back from staying at this property for a 5 day Holiday weekend. The property is fantastic with room to sleep 10. A separate apartment is downstairs and the house is steps away from the driving range and golf clubhouse. It is immaculately furnished with exquisite design. Chef's kitchen and amenities throughout. There are 5 beautiful golf courses to play and a lot of restaurants to sample. Wonderful property, beautiful setting and reasonably priced; all 90 minutes from the Atlanta airport! We will be back for sure.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: My husband and I are professionals and travel extensively. Our favorite place is coming home to Reynolds Plantation. We are continuously amazed by the natural beauty and friendly people. I love to walk on the beautiful trails. Last year, while training for the Susan G. Komen 3-day, I logged hundreds of miles and was never bored. Steve enjoys getting out early for golf so he can be back in time to take the boat out or go up to the pool The restaurants are superb; some of the best in the country. I am a vegetarian and the chefs never hesitate to make me a special meal with the freshest ingredients. The "chef's table" is an experience not to be missed. Both Steve and I have hosted business meetings at Reynolds with rave reviews. Our family and friends have developed annual traditions -- spring break, July 4th, house tour, anniversaries, birthdays and reunions. We love Reynolds so much that we purchased another home and cannot part with Planters Trail. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!
Why the Owner Chose Greensboro:
We were married at a Ritz and decided to celebrate our anniversaries at a different Ritz each year. In 2002, Reynolds was the newest Ritz. I planned the trip and Steve thought we were crazy to be going to Georgia in July! We fell in love. The topography, lake and trees were reminiscent of our Midwest roots -- only the weather was so much better. We visited a couple of times, regularly followed the development and bought in 2004. We often say, "it was the best decision." We are, now, honored to share our special place with you.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
As frequent business travelers, we have outfitted our home with all of the amenities of a full-service hotel including toiletries, quality linens and bedding, Iron, flat screen tv with cable in every room, wifi, guest robes and other special things to make your stay effortless.
When we purchased, we never realized how great of a location we have. We are SO centrally located. Everyone walks to the Plantation course, clubhouse, tennis courts and pool; Plantation commons, memory garden and walking trails. We are a short distance from Carolyn's Pond which is stocked with fish and the kids are "guaranteed to catch one." We regularly walk to the marina, Lake Club and Ritz Carlton. We have entertained family from 0 to 80 years and they all love it. We have hosted girls' spa weekends, guys golf weekends, corporate meetings, and conferences. Our favorite words to hear when guests are leaving are, "when can I come back."
