This second floor, villa condominium overlooks the pool and private beach area as well as a spectacular view of Boca Ciega Bay.
Your condo features a fully equipped kitchen ready for a chef or for the person that does not cook on vacation. Your master bedroom is large enough to have a king size bed, double dresser, TV etc. Right off your master bedroom is your private bath. Your private bath consist of a full tub w/shower, water closet, and sink. You will have no problem hanging clothes is the walk in closet. Your guest room has a queen size bed, dresser, large mirrored closet, TV etc. Your guest bath has a tub w/shower, water closet and sink. You will be able to launder towels daily in the separate laundry room just off the hall. You can serve family or guests in the dining area while being able to enjoy the conversation with the openess to the kitchen. The adjoing living area seats seven very comfortly. The converta/sofa opens into a queen bed for extra sleeping. Guests or family may watch DVD movies on the 32" flat screen HDTV. The large window wall leads to the lanai, which overlooks the pool area and beautiful Boca Ciega Bay. Watch the dolphins play or the birds fish. Your undercover parking on the same level is just a few steps from your door.
Excellent dining and shopping are within walking distance and many of the amenities of St. Pete Beach are just a short drive away. Welcome to your tropical paradise.
