Your condo features a fully equipped kitchen ready for a chef or for the person that does not cook on vacation. Your master bedroom is large enough to have a king size bed, double dresser, TV etc. Right off your master bedroom is your private bath. Your private bath consist of a full tub w/shower, water closet, and sink. You will have no problem hanging clothes in the walk in closet.
Your guest room has a queen bed with a large closet as well as your own personal TV. The updated guest bath has a tub w/shower, water closet and sink.
You will be able to launder towels daily in the separate laundry room just off the hall.
You can serve family or guests in the dining area while being able to enjoy the conversation with the openness to the kitchen. The adjoining living area seats six very comfortably. Guests or family may watch DVD movies on the 32" flat screen HDTV.
A large window wall leads to the balcony, which overlooks the pool area and beautiful Boca Ciega Bay. Watch the dolphins play or the Pelicans dive for fish.
Your undercover parking on the same level is just a few steps from your door.
Fishing from the pier is a delight and your family and guest can watch from the balcony.
Fort DeSoto Park is just minutes from the front door and Orlando is only 1 hour and 15 minutes away.

Better than advertised, with easy access to shops, services, golf and restaurants. And owners that make you feel at home! Our stay gave us several weeks of real relaxation.
Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing.

It is too close to the major highway thru town and has a very limited view. The unit is fine and will do in a pinch.
Owner response:Condo is used by repeat renters. Have never had anyone respond negatively. Condo has a beautiful view of bay. Watch birds and dolphins.

The view from the balcony of the pool and bay is fabulous The short walk to the covered parking area is great and the interior is just fine We plan another trip to this condo
