My family recently had the opportunity to stay in this unit at sailmakers place. We stayed 4 nights and had a great time. We loved the zero entry pool. My 3 year old especially! We also enjoyed the sandbar at the I.C.W. We put out our beach chairs and soaked up sun there everyday. Very easy for families with smaller children to enjoy pool, sand, waterway,and fishing pier without any hassle at all. My oldest son who is 13 enjoyed fishing off pier at night with some of the condo owners. My family is ready to go back! I didn't think I could enjoy a condo not on the beach, but we did! Beach access right at end of road. Just a short drive.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.
