The house is in the heart of Cherry Grove,which has to be the best little beach town on earth!! DUFFY STREET COTTAGE is only two short blocks from the ocean, and it's a real easy walk to the pier. Cherry Grove Beach conveniently offers everything you want: great local speciality shops, a large anything-you-can-think-of grocery, fun entertainment and yummy restaurants!!
Our house has it all too, plus a LARGE split level deck for enjoying the sun and you even get a channel view. There are lots of comfy spots for lounging, both inside and out. Not only does it have brand new appliances in the Kitchen, but we have Washer/Dryer, in Master Bath and Cable TVs in the Living Room and Master Bedroom, plus a VCR player. This is a GREAT house for relaxing, for making memories, and for enjoying friends and family!! We can make it affordable, you can bring the FUN!!

This was my families second vacation in this home and our trip was just as fabulous as the first!!.. The weather could not have been better.. we were able to walk everywhere because of where the house is located. There is plenty of shops within walking distance. A VERY short walk to the beach... and we were lucky enough to rent this home the week of the July 4th which meant we sat on the beach and watched the fireworks go off at the pier!!!.. the house was VERY clean and the owner, Mitch, checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed....My family made some wonderful memories this week.. I see a third visit next year in my families future!!.. Thanks Mitch for a GREAT vacation...Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

The property is great. Very close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It's located a block or 2 from the main street along the beach, but this cuts down on the traffic and noise. A ton of room in the house and also very clean. A deck overlooks the nearby houses. Joel was very accomodating on a last minute inquiry - appreciate that. I'll definitely be back. Cherry Grove is a great little beach town just over the border in South Carolina. Very convenient to Myrtle Beach as well. Thanks for the stay!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Hi my name is jesse and i just rented this house along with 5 others this past week. The house was in a very good neiborhood. little traffic mostly golf carts. we took our bikes down and had no problems with them being tampered with. Its just a short walk to the beach where the pier is. The owner is very honest. we actually had some issues with an ex friend who was tryin to screw us all out of the trip but joel took my word and made sure he didnt ruin the trip for the rest of us. all in all its a great place and i will definatly be going back. Thank you joel for helping us have a great vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

What a great vacation for me and my family!!... Location of the house was close to the beach.. distance wasn't too far so we were able to walk.. The home was clean roomy and well maintained.
