The master bedroom with king bed, LCD TV, and walk-in closet is complimented by a large master bath with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, two Kohler sinks, and marble counter tops and walls. The second master bedroom also has an en suite full bathroom and lcd tv and dvd player. The third bedroom has two twins with a bathroom just outside its door. A laundry room with washer and dryer are for your use.
While the bedrooms are very nice with plush beds and linens, you will spend most of your time in common spaces of the living room, kitchen, Florida room, and the lanai overlooking Smokehouse Bay. Eight spacious chairs, a beautiful dining table, and all the room you need for great days and nights watching the goings on of the Esplanade marina and restaurants. Right next to the lanai, the Florida room has a bistro table, a plantation chair, and the day bed for all your family and guests to enjoy the outdoors in screened-in comfort.
Your kitchen provides you the tools, appliances and serving pieces for your favorite recipes. But should you want to go out to eat, CJ’s on the Bay, Mango's Dockside Bistro, Chophouse 239, Starbucks and Coldstone Creamery are just down the elevator. Bookings are confirmed when the security deposit is paid and rental agreement is signed. Full payment must be made 90 days in advance of check-in. Monthly rentals require a $100 application fee charged by the Esplanade Homeowners Association. Monthly rates are for 28 days. Rates are subject to change until bookings are confirmed. Upon checkout a free cleaning of the condo will be provided.

The Esplanade on Marco Island is approxiametely 30 miles from all the shops, beaches, restuarants, and cultural activities of Naples. It is also approximately 30 miles from the Everglades and the 10,000 Islands with county, state and federal reserves giving you access to these unique environments. Finally, the island itself is on the Gulf of Mexico and is small enough to be manageable by car or bike with beaches, restaurants, and canals. From Marco you are less than 2 hours from the Atlantic Ocean including Miami, Ft Lauderdale, and other popular destinations including the beginning of the highway onto the Florida Keys.
Marco Island attracts a broad following of vacationers mostly with families or older members. You will see many people from the Eastern 1/2 of the US and a very substantial number of Europeans all coming for a great tropical vacation. While the Esplanade has restaurants and entertainment, it is not a 'party center' or spring college spring break location.

About the owner: Retired CEO living in Falls Church, VA and on Marco Island, FL. My wife and I retired in 2013 and are spending time traveling and at our condo on Marco. We are boaters and enjoy the marina in front of our condo as well as the great beaches where we can walk, swim, shell, read and relax on some of the widest beaches I have ever been on other than in Australia.
Why the Owner Chose Esplanade: We fell in love with the Esplanade at first sight. We were on Marco looking at a boat to purchase and take back to the Chesapeake Bay. We saw the Esplanade and stopped for a bite to eat and a drink. From there on it was clear that this was a place we wanted to live. To have a great marina, waterfront views, restaurants and store to walk to was a great appeal. Being close to Marco's wonderful beaches topped it all off. Finally, a friend closed the deal when he said the average winter temperature on Marco was 6 -10 degrees F warmer in the winter than Sarasota and Tampa. We have not been disappointed.
