Bayside Breeze is located at 235 Quail Cover Lane, and the perfect choice has never been easier. The house is on a lovely cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood just a mile away from both the National Seashore and bay side beaches. This spacious, air conditioned home has four attractive bedrooms with hardwood floors throughout. On the first floor, there are both queen and twin bedrooms, living room, eat-in kitchen, fully renovated bath, and a delightful family room. The second floor holds two more bedrooms, a new full bath, twin beds and a queen bed. Outside, the deck has ample room for dining and entertaining, an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, and a gas grill. Enjoy wireless Internet, three televisions, expanded cable, and an extensive game room for those rainy days, as well as a large, sunny, private backyard to play volleyball or take a nap in the hammock.
Further details: Ride your bikes or take a short car ride over to exquisite ocean side National Seashore beaches where the water is colder but the surf is amazing! Freshwater swimming is also available at nearby Great Pond. Eastham is the “Gateway to the National Seashore,” and is perfectly located to explore the Cape from the canal to Provincetown. You get the best of both worlds with the bay on one side and the ocean on the other. Our house is within a half mile of Cape Cod's Rail Trail for biking, rollerblading and evening strolls. Plenty of shopping, golf and mini golf courses and many other activities await you just a short distance away. Drive less than half an hour to Provincetown or Hyannis to enjoy their numerous eclectic shops, galleries and restaurants. Enjoy the salt water marshes and Audubon Sanctuary, the only drive-in theater on the outer cape or a flea market.

Just wanted you to know how much we enjoyed staying at Bayside Breeze. We loved the little details like how you decorated it with Cape Cod/seashore motifs and the paint colors you picked, the new wood floors and bathroom upstairs, the plants in the front yard, etc. We could tell that a lot of work went into it- a very relaxing place to spend two weeks! Thank you for allowing us to share your home; our two granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed all the toys and games in the basement; we had many air hockey and foosball tournaments. We are so pleased with the house and the amenities provided, anyone renting this place should be more than happy with the way it is furnished and all the games for children; awesome! Anyway, I guess you get the idea that we enjoyed ourselves, that your house was welcoming and felt like a home away from home. We would like to rent the house again next year. We loved the house, which had a lot to offer in both rain and shine. The deck was comfortable, we enjoyed the breeze, ate there a number of times. We rediscovered the fun of ping pong. We absolutely loved the house, it fit us perfectly, the activities, movies, hammock, and TV the kids used most. This house has been amazing - peaceful, breezy, and the perfect little bit of relaxation in our action packed days. The house truly had everything we needed and we are already looking forward to returning next year! The house was beautiful, pristine and everything we could have possibly wanted/needed seemed to be there to add to the convenience of our vacation (we were so pleasantly surprised to see a beach umbrella in the basement since we forgot ours!).Did you find this review helpful?
