Casa Costa Verde is the brand-new, luxury home of the developer of Costa Verde Estates, with the most spectacular ocean view to be found in the Southern Pacific Zone. Perched at 2,000-feet elevation on Escaleras Mountain, the villa sits like a gem amidst 1,200 acres of primary and secondary rainforest, landscaped gardens and abundant wildlife.
The villa boasts views of the Whale's Tail and the national marine park, Cano Island, a fishing fleet, whitewater surf, beaches, and jungle-covered mountains cascading to the sea. The three bedrooms, great room and pool patio all overlook the ocean and lush landscape. The infinity pool, surrounded by picnic table, Bali daybed and stone-tiled deck, spills over the vast vista into the Pacific Ocean. This is the ultimate in privacy, luxury and serenity.
Guests may use all the amenities Costa Verde Estates provides, including Vista Pacifica Park, with its ocean-view picnic shelter and playground.

We just spent a GREAT week at this home. The pictures of the view don't do it justice, the view in a word is amazing! The home is extremely well maintained and very private. We actually felt like we were the only people on the mountain! All the rooms are spacious and each has it's own unique view. The outdoor area is great for dining outside. The pool requires no work, you just literally get there and relax!. 4Wheel drive is a MUST. Getting to the house is somewhat of a challenge, but we completely enjoyed the challenge. It's mostly a non paved dirt and gravel steep road. Plan accordingly! If you are looking for luxury and quiet this should be the first place you look into. And Terry and Linda are great to work with!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
