Maravilla 2208 is located in sought after building #2 of Maravilla Resort, one of the most popular family-oriented beachfront resorts in the Destin area. Located at 2606 Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, Florida, this condo directly faces the beach with a spectacular Gulf view! This relaxed resort community includes the largest private beach in the area with 2.5 acres of unspoiled pristine beach.
We are pet friendly (small dogs). Pets should be well groomed, flea free, house broken, and current on vaccinations. We do not host felines.

Maravilla 2208 is a second floor unit, with a direct view of the Gulf. The king master bedroom opens onto the balcony and a full bath adjoins the master bedroom. A television is provided for your enjoyment.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, with accessible bath. The kitchen is newly updated with granite counter-tops and fully equipped with all you will need for your stay. The dining table seats 4, bar seats 2. There is also a laundry room with a washer /dryer.
The warm colors compliment the beautiful Gulf View from your living room, complete with plenty of comfortable seating, TV and high speed wireless internet.
During high season (March to October) four beach chairs and two umbrellas are available for you everyday of your vacation.
There are plenty of activities for the family. You can enjoy the two pools, one heated seasonally with a hot tub, the other with a marvelous Gulf view, or cook out at either of the two BBQ grill areas, one at Bldg. #2 and another at the clubhouse. For more fun, there is the tennis court, basketball half court, shuffleboard and fitness room. Adjoining the North pool is a clubhouse which can be reserved for family gatherings, weddings or watching football on the 48-inch big screen TV. This gated community provides lots of off-street parking, with a portico for Bldg. #2 for convenience during inclement weather.
There is a reason that they call this 'Scenic Gulf Drive.' Miles of biking, jogging, and walking are available on the new path right in front of Maravilla along this beautiful scenic road. Sugar white sand and dazzling emerald waters are waiting for you to enjoy!
Maravilla Resort is conveniently located near the new Destin Commons where you will find lots of great shopping, a new cinema theater, restaurants. The Silver Sands Factory Stores are also just a short drive away.

We arrived to find the condo tastefully decorated, clean, and comfortable. It rained some during our stay, so it was nice to be able to watch movies from our NetFlix account to pass the time. The location was convenient to the beach and shopping. We hope to be able to return sometime. We loved it.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

I can't say enough good things about Maravilla 2208 or the owners. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The condo was well maintained and the cleanest one that we have ever rented. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hooks, hangers and towel bars! All the little extras to make our stay comfortable and it's pet friendly, too.It's also very quiet. We were there when Hurricane Isaac threatened Florida and we couldn't even hear the wind while in the condo. David was very accomodating and whenever I had a question, I would just e-mail him and he always got right back to me. Loved the fact that we didn't have to stop at a real estate office to check in when we arrived. Just went directly to condo, punched in the code and started enjoying our vacation. Thanks again David and Marge for allowing us to use your beautiful condo and making us feel at home. Even though the weather had its ups and downs we really enjoyed our stay and hope to come again.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway.

we are military and have lived in this area twice before and are currently in Ca .Both my husbands family & mine all book condos here so we can all vacation together. This is the best unit we have seen. We just got home from our vacation and we are booking now for next year. Love the Condo it was cleanest of all our families units .Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

This condo is the perfect getaway. The view of the gulf and the emerald green water is amazing. The beach could not be any closer, and the provided chairs and umbrella make it a comfortable and relaxing time. Destin has tons to offer and you are close to all of it: eating, shopping, golf, and beach to name a few.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.

It was perfect for the 4 of us and our dog! The view was fabulous. The condo was located just in the right spot. It was very comfortable and decorated nicely, just like the pictures. And it was walking distance to several good restaurants. The elevator/steps being just around the corner, made it convenient for my dog. The chairs/umbrella were wonderful to have set up on the beach daily for us. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the condo was inside too. We want to come back.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners.

We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay in Destin. The condo at Maravilla was well stocked and it is obvious that the owners take great care to ensure that their guests have a great stay. Nicely decorated, very clean, great gulf views, easy access to the beach, walking distance to Pompano Joes!! who could ask for more? Can't say enough about either the condo or the owners. We would highly recommend this property to anyone. A+Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway.
