THE SHUEY HOUSE is a beautiful 7,000 sqft. mansion in the heart of one of Seattle's most vibrant neighborhoods. It is listed on the "National Historic Register" and is also a "Seattle Landmark". This 10 bedroom, 5.5 bath home can easily sleep 24 guests, making it ideal for family reunions or hosting relatives in town for your wedding.
While staying here, you and your guests have the complete home and large yard to yourselves. The chefs kitchen is well-equipped for preparing large meals or for use by a caterer, with two dishwashers, a six burner Viking gas stove, double ovens, a large SUB-ZERO refrigerator and wine cabinet, a wet bar with ice machine, and more.
Because there is a separate apartment area on one floor, and a guest suite on another, the home is perfect for large groups that want to be together, but also have their own personal spaces.
