Very Comfortable And Great Location
Very Comfortable And Great Location
I have been renting this property for over 10 years, in the beginning and end of the summer. Always clean, nicely equipped kitchen, decks to get away from it all to read, sun, enjoy a glass of wine. Take the boardwalk across the dunes to the beach. You can't beat it. This location is close to the town of Bethany, restaurants and an easy drive to Rehoboth and the outlets. Grocery shopping about a mile away. Great area for biking.

About the owner: Our family lives outside Washington, D.C.
Why the Owner Chose Indian Harbor Villas:
We have vacationed at the 'shore' for the last 30 years. After moving to Washington, DC, one of the first things to do was to find a place at the beach. Our daughters loved the beach as children and are still enjoying it with their families. We have all gathered here every 4th of July ever since we bought the house. It is an easy drive from Maryland, Virginia, DC and Pennsylvania and not far from BWI Airport.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
Only 3 miles from the cute town of Bethany Beach. We now have a great restaurant just a short walk away. You can carry it out or dine in at Matt's Fish Camp. I highly recommend the fish stew.
