We rented both of the condos for 18 days. We were 5 person including 2 teenagers. Tom the owner and managers of the condos was very helpful. He went to a lot of trouble to get the answears to all my questions and he provided us with a lot information about restaurants, grocery stores, beaches. He gave us a lot of helpful suggestions. He really made us feel like he wanted us to have a great vacation and even help us book a rental car. These condos were a wonderful place to call home for our vacation. The condos were great, we really enjoyed staying in them and they look like the pictures on the website. They were well equipped, well kept and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed in the way of utensils. We ate a lot of our dinners on the balcony. We slept very well in the beds and the furniture was very nice. The wifi worked very well. The bathrooms were very nicely decorated and clean. All of the amenities were exactly as described. Beautiful marina and ocean view from the balcony. We used the snorkelgear and coolers provided in the condos. Across the parking lot was a nice pool and a restaurant, Sapphire Bar & Grill, and the food was really good. The condos are about ½ mile from Red Hook, which has lots of restaurants, a grocery store and the ferry to St. John. We went there a couple of times for dinner at Duffy’s Love Shack, great food. We took the ferry to St John several times for the lovely beaches Trunk, Cinnamon and Honeymoon great swimming and snorkeling. We did a daytour to Road Town, BV Islands. We rented a car, with the help of Tom, which we had for the duration of our stay. It was very helpful for getting around the island and doing shopping. We did several tours around the islands and in to Charlotte-Amalie. We went to many beaches, Magens Bay, great swimming and Coki Beach, lots of fish. We recommend a rental car for getting around. We went to different beaches for bathing and snorkeling every day. We went to Sapphire Beach most days, is only a 4-minute walk away from the condos, a wonderful beach with great snorkeling and swimming, clear warm water with lots of fish. We saw turtles and rays every day at Sapphire Beach. We had some of the best snorkeling we have had anywhere. We highly recommend this condo, very clean with everything you need for cooking. It was great having 2 condos for us. Minutes away from a beautiful beach with fantastic snorkeling. Tom was very helpful. We will definitely be going back. I am a single mom and I stayed in this unit with my 2 month old baby. Yes- just the two of us. :) Overall I recommend this accomodation. It was exactly as described in the ad. The unit had everything you would need during your stay. The only constructive feedback I have is that the utensils and cookware be updated. The can opener and some other kitchen items were a bit old and rusted. Its a small investment to replace these things yearly or whenever necessary. I also felt that kitchen cleaning products such as a clean/new sponge and sufficient dish liquid should have been provided. These are easy things for Tom to take care of and absolutely no reason to be discouraged from staying here. As far as doing business with Tom- he's a true stand up guy. You can trust his word. He provided exceptional service and went out of his way to accomodate me and make me feel as comfortable as possible. Tom's honesty is the primary reason I chose to stay in this unit, because there were others that I liked. He abided by all of his promises and very promptly refunded my security deposit. Its hard to find people that you can trust with your money, but Tom is definately one of them. That makes all the difference. All in all it was a wonderful experience. I just returned from staying in this condo and look forward to my return trip in the same condo. Comfy bed, I have never slept better! Sapphire Bar and Grill just outside the front door. Red Hook is very close and the beach is a beautiful walk just down the hill. I am already missing the marina view from the balcony. The condo was spotless and well maintained. Tom was awesome to work with and very personable. This unit is excellent. Very clean and new, close to the pool and restaurant. Its will be our first choice next trip. Its great everyone can enjoy the new Smith Park, 10 minutes down the road. It was my favorite when I lived on ST T and no one knew about it!! This unit is fantastic, clean, comfortable and newly updated with a fabulous view off the balcony. My boyfriend and I stayed here over a weekend while I was taking a course. He loved going to the pool and reading his book most days while I was working my butt off in class. The bed was very comfortable which was nice after a long day. Location is great too, walking distance to Red Hook. You won't be disappointed.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+.

My husband and myself stayed here in June and loved it. The unit was everything advertised and more. We had a great view (morning coffee on the deck), and loved being so close to the pool and bar/grill. It was very clean, and newly remodeled - wonderful!! This is a beautiful, small unit perfect for one person or a honeymoon couple. It's cozy, modernized and well- appointed, and has a delightful view off the balcony. In my day-dreams, I am still sitting out there, gazing at the sapphire sea, the gleaming white boats, the pelicans and gulls swooping about, and the little squalls that occasionally flit past Jost Van Dyke and disappear. The proximity to the restaurant and pool was wonderful. It was never noisy, but gave the feeling of a community nearby. I occasionally went there just to sit and talk to the friendly, interesting people who came and went. The landlord, Tom, could not have been more responsive. He answered my emails promptly and offered all kinds of advice about island living. I recommend this unit without hesitation. Go and have a great time!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

What an amazing place! The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay on St Thomas. We had coffee on the balcony every morning and enjoyed watching the boats come and go. We loved that the beach was just a short walk away and the pool was even closer. The Sapphire Village complex is clean and lovely. We'll be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.
