We were told that it was an easy walk to the Mall, but it was more than a mile on poorly lit roads. The photos indicated a dining table and chairs on the patio, but they were lounge chairs. So you sat with your chin near table level. Soon after arriving we phoned the owner to tell him that a seam was opened on one of the throw pillows. He ignored us and perhaps is hard of hearing. But then deducted $50 from our deposit for sewing the seam. Upon arrival we were told to put the responder on our windshield. When leaving we could not remove it. We asked the gate man and the office for help. After waiting for people in the office to finish their "meeting", we were told they didn't know how to remove it either. $75 was deducted from our deposit for the responder. The closet doors a bedroom were half opened and when we tried to slide it closed it came off a defective track. $105 was deducted from our deposit. Although it has new furniture in the living room, the unit is extremely dated. The showers are dark and dismal. Bathrooms are dimly lit. There is only one lamp for reading near the sofa and love seat. I would not recommend this property to anyone.Recommended for: Pet owners.
