  This house was even better than we had hoped for. The house was very clean, light and airy. The wrap around yard provides the perfect atmosphere for dining alfresco, while the kitchen provides the space and appliances to create perfect meal to do so. It is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, close to some of what in my opinion, are some of San Clemente's best restaurants and surfing beaches. Plenty of space and beautiful ocean views, a very relaxing and peaceful place to stay.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

  We were in town for a family wedding and needed a large house. We enjoyed all the space and it was nicely decorated. We liked the patio and grass area as we had children in our group also and it gave them space to run around. The owners were very easy to work with and responded right away when we had questions/concerns. The views of the ocean from upstairs were very beautiful. We would love to stay again if we visit this area in the future.

  I was looking for a house that would house 7 or so executives to hunker down and create a new product without being sidetracked as one might in a busy office environment. The homeowner was available to answer questions beforehand, communicating by phone or email, and was also available constantly through our 3 week stay, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We would love to stay there again, if we can!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  We came to your beautiful house in August 2011 for a family reunion and had a great time. Your home is very high-end and custom. The furniture and details were really nice.There was plenty of room for all 11 of us, including a one-year-old and an 84-year-old. It was a nice easy walk to the beach and cute town of San Clemente where we shopped, ate and did yoga. The owners were very helpful and honest as we forgot about the deposit until they refunded us. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

  We had a large group, 10 couples, and it was perfectly accomodating for everyone. The patio is cute and we enjoyed eating dinner there on most nights during our stay. It is about a 10 min walk to the beach, so plan accordingly if you have a lot of beach gear in tow. The owners were pleasant and easy to work with as they returned called promptly. Overall, we liked the area and the home was nice and clean.

Note to readers: There is a typo, the guest count was actually 10 people (five couples) which fits very comfortably.
