We spent our Mardi Gras vacation break here and had a wonderful time!! The condo is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean. The mid-week maid service was nice. The front desk staff, especially the property manager CJ, were amazing and eager to assist us with anything that we needed. The property itself is lovely and the locaton is perect...set back enough for a peaceful respit but close enough to the action of Beaver Creek Village either by foot or shuttle. The ski locker room is spacious and convenient with ski in/ski out. Only need to walk a very short distance across the bridge to put on your skis and ski right down to the Hyatt and Centennial lift. Ski in right back over the bridge which puts you very closs to the locker room. Thank you for sharing your family vacation home!!

The condo was perfect, very clean, pleanty of room. Access to the condo was very convieniant. The beds were comfortable and the condo was well supplied. This is a great place for any tine of the year. Access to the slopes, hiking, biking, restaurants, night life are great. I will stay there again.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What a beautiful location! The condo has a very spacious layout with large wood burning fireplace in family room. Plenty of sleeping area to accommodate 6 adults. The platinum rating was true as the facility and furnishings were incredible! Great outdoor pool and hot tubs to boot! Skied in and out every morning of our stay. Underground parking and ski/boot storage. We'd go back and stay again and again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kiva #235! The condominium is nicely furnished with fine amenities..large bedrooms, fine storage, 3 nice bathrooms, great furnishings, very clean!! It is terrific location to the slopes...a quick ski down to the base and easy ski in upon return. Ski storage locker is available in the garage. One parking space in the garage makes for easy parking. The condominium building itself is nice, convenient, with friendly staff! The kids enjoyed the cookies on the way in from the slopes. Pool and hot tub are right outside the door. We definitely enjoyed staying at Kiva #235 and would stay again upon return to Beaver Creek!

Our family had a fabulous time at Beaver Creek over Spring Break! Skiing conditions were excellent, and there was almost nobody else there--not a lift line in sight at either BC or Vail. Your condo was the perfect base for our vacation. What a difference it is to have "ski-in/ski-out" convenience compared to a car ride or shuttle to the slopes. We were on the slopes when the lifts opened, back at the condo for lunch (and a nap,) and out until the close of the day. Maximum time on skis that way. The pictures on vrbo do not do your place justice. I don't know much about photography, but there must be some way to capture the spaciousness of your condo in pictures. It was so roomy and comfortable that our family of six all had room to spread out and relax, and we had room to entertain other friends, too. The kitchen was so well equipped that we could cook as if we were at home. Thanks again for the wonderful accommodations.

Our party had 3 dads and 4 kids. We REALLY enjoyed staying at Kiva. The accommodations were first rate and there was more than ample room. Each night, after skiing, the kids went swimming or built poolside snowforts. The kitchen was well appointed. We highly recommend the facility. We look forward to coming back again.

What can you say about a little piece of heaven? That is what we feel like when we come back to Beaver Creek and especially Kiva #235. This condo has everything to make you feel at home. It is also convenient to the slopes and the shuttle service is right there to take you anywhere. After a long day skiing, sometimes we don't want to go leave the condo, and we just curl up in front of the fireplace. It's hard to go home, but we look forward to coming back each year. We couldn't have been more pleased with our visit to your property at Kiva. It was a quiet, but convenient location in Beaver Creek. The staff there was so accomodating, especially with parking which is usually a challenge in Beaver Creek. The unit itself was immaculate and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at Kiva 235. We were in the area for a conference held at the Park Hyatt, but wanted more room than the typical Hotel accommodations. Kiva 235 provided plenty of room for our children, and I was able to walk down to the Park Hyatt in about 5 minutes each morning (often spotting foxes and deer along the way). Our children loved swimming in the pool which was practically right outside our door. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We look forward to another stay at Kiva 235.

We stayed in Kiva 235 the weekend after Thanksgiving, and were amazed at the comfort - we called it 'Hollywood Skiing' because it was hassle free, plush, and lavish. Normally we ski in Tahoe (Heavenly) and the snow here was better, the small town reminded us of Europe, and the Kiva location is outstanding! The best part was being 1 minute from the slopes instead of 4 hours.

We had a wonderful time in Beaver Creek. Your home was perfect and exactly what we needed. We were very comfortable. Our children loved the pool and the hot tubs and their being steps from the apartment was an added bonus. Of course Colorado is beautiful and we did many fun things. I expect we will be back to visit again. Roberta was especially helpful.

Spent a wonderful week in July here. Only disappointment was leaving at the end our stay. Quick walk into center of town as well as hiking and biking right from the front door. Can't wait to come back. This is mountain living as it should be!

We recently visited the Kiva and had a fabulous time. We stayed at the Bobroske's unit #235. It was huge and so nicely decorated. It is close to the pool and the elevator, but was very quiet. It comes fully loaded with everything you need for a great stay. You are also just a few steps away from the center of Beaver Creek Village. The kids ice skated, shopped, swam in the pool and had a super time. The area is beautiful and we also felt very very safe. I would highly recommend this unit and the owners. We will be returning in the future.

Jennifer Mygatt We had the GREATEST time spending Easter weekend at this condo! It is a beautifully equipped, cozy unit with an excellent view of the slopes. The location couldn't be beat -- ski-in/ski-out and walking distance to town square. Highly recommend for out-of-state visitors!

Wow! It doesn't get any better than this! The condo is warm and inviting, the beds are fantastic, the furniture and decor is very well appointed and it is located just seconds from the beautiful village of Beaver Creek. It is surrounded by fabulous restaurants (our personal favourtite is the Gashouse in Edwards), eateries, shops and an overall atmosphere that you won't want to leave. The condo is also filled with fabulous ammenities...a wood burning fireplace, ski-lockers, fantastic books and movies, DVD, VCR and CD players.... The ski-in, ski-out makes it convenient to go back to the condo for lunch for a nice warm hot-chocolate.... This property is comes highly recommended....you can't go wrong!

What a place! It was awesome for our spring break vacation. This was our first ski-in, ski-out place in the past five years and it will always be a requirement in the future. Close to the slope and close to Beaver Creek Village! The hot tub and pool are right around the corner and we could hardly get the kids out for dinner. The condo is beautifully appointed and maintained. We hope to arrange a return trip this summer. A true value for the price!
