This stately home is comparable to a five-star resort! Custom build by architect/owner this home has every ammenity imaginable as well as beautiful views! Our deluxe accomodations include pillow top mattresses, luxurious bedding, high end furnishings and every comfort of home. You'll love the chef's kitchen, complete outdoor kitchen with gas grill, screened porch, and double story stone fireplace. There is a seperate media room with large sectional sofa, flat screen TV, DVD and DirectTV, perfect for family movie night. We also have high-speed Internet and a home office set-up. The home has 2 master suites with a total of 5 bedrooms with sleeping for 13 including:
1 King master suite with built-in twin bed, crib and private balcony.
2 Queen rooms.
1 Queen master suite with private patio.
1 Kids room with 4 twins and a built-in full bed (sleeps 5).
You'll also find extensive seating in the eat-in kitchen and the many outdoor eating and lounging areas.
The house is situated directly on the lake on several private acres on lovely Kerr Lake, NC. With over 850 miles of pristine shoreline the lake offers wonderful boating, tubing, jetskiing, and swimming. With the clean water, amazing fishing and very limited boat traffic, you'll fall in love with Kerr Lake......one of the prettiest lakes in the country!
Our private dock offers a great place to swim, fish and relax. Take our kayak for a spin and observe some lovely wildlife. It is very common to see bald head eagles, cranes and many varities of birds.
A full scale marina is just a few minutes away where you can launch your boat, refuel and dock. There are also several state parks within a few miles.
The house is just perfect for family gatherings, church retreats and lodging for out of town guests for weddings and other events.
We have enjoyed so many joyous trips to the lake and hope to help you make some wonderful memories as well!

We used this house for an offsite semi-annual management meeting. This house was incredible and the views of the lake were inspiring! It definitely fit all of our needs. It is very well taken care of and even better than described. Quite simply, you feel right at home the minute you walk in. Additionally, the owners are a pleasure to deal with. They respond quickly and are very attentive to the renter's needs. They went out of their way to make sure our stay would be a successful one. We would highly recommend this property and hope to rent it again in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This house is amazing! It it fully equipped with everything you need. The rooms are decorated beautifully and it's so incredibly peaceful. We had a group of adults and children and EVERYONE was happy! I would rent it again in a heartbeat!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This house exceeded expectations! The pictures do not do this home justice. The house is immaculate and beautifully appointed. The kitchen was amazingly well-equipped and the bedrooms were so nice and really comfotable! The setting is so peaceful and private.......I've never been so relaxed in all my life. If you rent this one, you won't be disappointed!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
