  This was my first visit to OC in years and it did not disappoint. 1245 Asbury is very well maintained and has lots of space to spread out. My family of four stayed for a week in Sept. We have two toddlers and my parents joined as well. The rental was stocked with every amenity we could ask for including a pack & play, high chair, washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen. There was even the perfect nook at the bottom of the steps to park our stroller at night. It was an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Everything was clean and well maintained. The keyless entry made arrival & departure very easy. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners who were staying next door for the weekend. They were super nice and incredibly responsive. We are looking forward to returning next year and highly recommend this rental.

  My family and I had so much fun at this beach house! It is in the perfect location--close to shopping, food, the boardwalk, etc. We love to cook and the kitchen was fully equipped with great appliances. A highchair is included which is a bonus because it is something less to pack. We felt very comfortable and hope to use this rental again next year!

  We were fortunate that there was a last minute cancellation and the owner, Chris, was so responsive and was able to provide a rental agreement quickly and reserve our spot. The location was absolutely perfect and we were able to walk everywhere. The house was very comfortable and very clean! Furniture was very nice and applicances were high end. It comfortabley slept 10. I also liked the fact that the rental fee included the cleaning (no worries about cleaning the house before you left). My security deposit was returned within a couple days. I would highly recommend this listing and can't wait to return for another wonderful vacation.

  My family (my husband, myself, and our two young children) had an amazing week in this beautiful home in Ocean City! Everything was just as described and then some...the owners have gone above and beyond to ensure a relaxing and fun stay in their home. We can't wait to return next summer! One word of warning -- The Fractured Prune Donut Shop is located just a couple doors away...you will gain 10 pounds just from smelling the fresh baked donuts every morning. :)

  Very nice unit, as nice or better than photos indicate. Plenty of room, convenient to beach and boardwalk and the charm of Absury Street. Very clean and lots of uprades, would recommend to all.

  My wife and I were very pleased with this rental. It was as advertised, neat,clean and had a large garage to park and store beach equipment. A bonus was beach tags for all the family. Everything was within walking distance,beach,boardwalk,shopping, and the deck was great for activities. Also your only 10 minutes from "Somerspoint and the CrabTrap restaurant"a great seafood stop. We would definately re-rent this condo.

  I have nothing but rave reviews about the location, size and condition of this condo. It was extremely well maintained and the location was ideal! It was just three and one-half blocks to the beach and a short walk in either direction for shopping, groceries, ice cream and donuts! The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious enough to accommodate our family. The porch overlooking Asbury Street was great for people watching, dining, and playing games together. This was our first trip to OCNJ and it quickly became our favorite east coast resort. The owners have been very easy to communicate with and very helpful from the time we reserved the condo until we received our security deposit back in the mail. Without hesitation, I would recommend this property to family and friends..

  We love this house. They had everything we needed and it was very convenient to shopping, boardwalk, etc. House was immaculate and gorgeous. Very comfortable furniture and updated. We had a great time on vacation and loved the local businesses - the donut shop, ice cream shop, all downstairs and a few steps away. (Not great for a diet but you are on the boardwalk after all!). Thanks for a memorable vacation.

  Stayed @ this house with family and friends for a month in May/June 2012. We were so impressed!!! Located on Asbury, down the street from Asbury Shopping district and close to the boardwalk/beach. Down the street from the BEST donut shop in O.C, not sure if that was a plus HA HA. We will be back!!!!!
