Just right for two people. Easy street level access, Lovely balcony with BBQ. Convience store at entrance incase you forgot something.

Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway.

We just came home from our first trip to the Ozarks. The condo was decent enough, small but we knew that going in. We enjoyed our stay, it was nice to cook meals so we didn't have to always eat out. The pool was very nice, we used the indoor pool more as it wasn't as crowded. The only negatives we had was the bed was uncomfortable and very worn, and that the shower head needed more pressure, otherwise everything was great, the place was very clean. I think if we were to come back we would rent a two bedroom next time.

Not very happy! Parking was so crowded if you left in the evening would never get a spot when you return, pool was the same way not enough chairs. Condo is very small only recommend no more than two people. Very clean but I was really disappointed, small tv and only room for one couch, not very comfortable either. Deck was best part, nice view but for the money certainly expected better. This was a big disappointment for a couple with two kids, do not take it if you have a family. Bathroom door would not shut all the way either unless forced close. Upon arrival I was tempted to stay somewhere else but had already paid for this. Too much money for this efficiency type condo. Very upsetting.

Owner response:Sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. Please understand that the forth of July weekend is an extremely busy weekend at the lake and most condo complex are most likely sold out. The complex offers alot of parking however on long weekends it is sometimes difficult to get a spot in front of the condo you are staying in. This condo is a one bedroom condo with a sleeper sofa in the living room, and has worked perfectly for many families. If you would like more privacy I would suggest a two bedroom condo on your next stay, however the cost will be higher. We hope you enjoy your next trip to the lake!

Again I would like to thank you for offering up your place to the 4 of us. We had an awesome time and the weather was perfect. The condo was just the right size and we found everything that we needed with ease. We really enjoyed the people that we meet at the pool that were staying close to us. They were very helpful in letting us know the "Hot Spots" and the view was wonderful. I hope that in the near future we can do business again! The condo was great and the weekend was nice and relaxing. I actually was there myself as my friend was not able to make it over the weekend. (THere is no Mr at the present time!!) The pool & deck is great. A bunch of nice people were around for the weekend. It was a nice birthday getaway for me. NOw it is back to the real world!!!! Thanks

We enjoyed our trip and our stay at your condo. It was a very nice condo. We had a few problems getting in the gate but all in all it was pretty simple. We enjoyed the veiw from the outdoor pool area and liked how close it was to most of the things to do.

We had a wonderful time at the lakes. The weather was good and we found the condo right away! It was in a great location and very clean and nice. It was the perfect size for us, although we spent most of the time on the water! It was convenient to have that little grocery/gas station because my husband liked to wake up in the morning before me and walk up there for a coffee (I noticed you had some, but he just wanted to get up and walk a bit in the morning.) We had a great time, I know the next time we come down, I will make sure and see if your place is rented because it was great!! Thanks again

We so enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was clean and comfortable. You left so many nice things, that I was sure I would need to provide like sugar, butter, salt, pepper,etc. As well as things for the pool. As many condos as there are, we thought it might be a noisy place, but it was not at all . We had a great time and can not think of anything that we would change. Thank you again for "lending" us your condo.
