My husband and I just enjoyed our third visit to paradise this year. We have stayed here all three times and loved every minute of it. Every morning I would wake up start the coffee and sit out on the balcony to enjoy the breathtaking morning view. We would spend our days diving on the most beautiful reefs we have ever dove on and we have been diving for eight years. After diving we would come back and make lunch in the spacious kitchen eat out on the balcony to enjoy the breeze (even though they have air conditioning throughout). We would rest a little and then go out to eat at some wonderful restaurants (Will's, Paradise Moon, La Gernica and Mona Lisa). Also the donkey rescue was great and site seeing all over the island. All the staff were helpful, the condo is well located to town diving and airport and very clean.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, pet owners.

My husband and I checked in on Nov. 10, 2012. The Bellafonte property is very clean, well kept grounds and safe. It's also in a great location. The Condo was clean & welcoming. The kitchen is stocked with cooking supplies, Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, ect. Most importantly the condo has air conditioning throughout, not just the bedrooms, like most places in Bonaire. The living area is large with a huge leather sectional sofa open to a large dining area with seating for 6. the daily housekeeping service was a plus. There are sliding glass doors all across the back of the condo showcasing the beautiful carribean & spectacular sunsets. The large wrap around deck was one of my favorite spots to read. The corner of the deck had a view of town and a wonderful breeze 24/7. One of many dives sites in Bonaire is located right there at Bellafonte just steps away from the condo. Fantastic snorkling also! We will definately stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, pet owners.

About the owner: My husband and I are both CPA's but he was smart and got out of public accounting! I have had my firm for 16 years and after writing a book called 'How to Turn Your Poker Playing Into a Business', I now specialize in professional poker players. My husband manages Assisted, Independent and Alzheimer's Communities in the South. We have 2 dogs that go with us everywhere, Morgan and Madison. We take them to Bonaire every time we go!
Why the Owner Chose Belnem:
We went to many Caribbean islands searching for our perfect place for a 2nd home. Bonaire offers us many things. The Bellafonte is a quiet property, very relaxing and convenient. We also love the shore diving from our dock. Our unit is quite large and the wrap around deck gives you breathtaking views. Sunset is our favorite time to watch it disappear in the ocean with a glass of wine.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Bonaire is the perfect place to scuba dive (shore dive whenever we want), English is spoken on the island, they use the US dollar as their primary currency and are very, very dog friendly. We are able to take our dogs to dinner every night and some restaurants make sure they have water and treats!!!
