  This was a great apartment and Patrick was an excellent host. Location was excellent. Well equipped clean modern kitchen. Close to subway stations and groceries. Perfect for our family to spread out into the 3 separate living areas. Only tricky thing was moving ful size American luggage on the 'tiny European' elevator since apartment is on 6th floor, but it works. Great Experience!

  Wow! My daughters and I had spent some time in other areas of Europe before having the good pleasure of arriving in Paris and in meeting with Patrick. Patrick had provided us with all the necessary preliminaries, ensuring a safe and happy arrival was met. He was very pleasant and...met us right on time! All his recommendations were useful and so much appreciated. The comforts of this facility, it's safety and security were unparalleled. Everything we needed to know was explained in full detail, encouraging this easy, worry-free, FUN vacation. We were provided with all the comforts of home indeed. It's close proximity allowed daily walking excursions, as we took in some of the many sights...the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, dreaming while strolling along Champs-Elysees, stopping on occasion for a sip of cafes cremes. Indeed, to include this hot spot as a Paris Top 10, would be the place to start, set up, and carry out the rest of what would surely be an ideal, most memorable trip. What a wonderful experience for my daughter's and I, to get to research, learn, and share in the good life, all fashioning in the finest, french flare!

  This apartment was a delight to come home to after exploring the beautiful city of Paris all day! It is accurately portrayed in the listing and Patrick is a gracious host, with an abundance of useful information to make our visit the best possible! He patiently answered our many questions both before our arrival and afterwards, and provided a very useful notebook full of helpful information as well. The convenience of the property's location to attractions, shopping, eating, and transportation - on both the bus and the metro- was a huge benefit! I would whole-heartedly recommend this property to anyone planning to visit to Paris!

  2 moms and daughters spent 4 days in this lovely apartment in a fantastic neighborhood! It's upscale without being snobbish and loaded with cafes and shops. The best part of Paris is literally a block away. The apartment is clean and surprisingly spacious. The beds and linens are comfy and the apartment/area is super quiet! Will refer anyone traveling to Paris to stay here!

  We were a party of five who found this address absolutely delightful. The apartment is excellently appointed, you can fix your own breakfast, lunch or dinner thereby saving tons of euros. You can walk to all the best attractions, including the Louvre, the Eiffel tower, the musee D'Orsay, bakeries, fabulous restaurents, chocoterias, shopping galore and more. Plenty of towels, two bathrooms (alas only one toilette albeit it is separate from both bathrooms), but a prestigious address, a bit of a view, church bells, and a lift! Who could ask for anything more? An even floor throughout without petite drops offs? Okay, there were a few little irregularities in that regard, but think of all the money you are saving! Patrick is a wonderful, patient and informative host. Try it, you'll like it! We can't wait to return and recommend this property with wholehearted enthusiasm.

  I have just returned from a trip to Paris with my three sisters. We stayed here and loved it. The location is the best for walking around Paris and the apt. is absolutely charming. It is spacious and the bedrooms at opposite ends of the apt. make for good privacy. We loved its charm with the old beams and the old wooden staircase. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would certainly consider using it again if ever in Paris. Thanks to Patrick and his team for all their help.

  This place was a great find. It is in the heart of where you want to be. The accommodations are excellent - two full bedrooms (plus a fold out sofa if needed). Located on the top floor of a vintage building with elevator service all the way up. Patrick (the agent) was great. His fluency in english was most helpful during the reservations process. He met us at the apartment, patiently explained all the necessary details, helped with the luggage and provided a great "briefing book" for the unit, including some near-by restaurants, great bakeries, a good market, etc., etc. If you are looking for a great place with a very desirable location and an honest, reliable agent, I recommend you seriously consider this one.

  Our stay in Paris was wonderful! Not only was the weather perfect our accommodations were perfect. Traveling as a family, having a kitchen available to you is so important. The kitchen here had all the newest amenities and all worked wonderfully.....even the china and glassware (Patrick, I want those small orange glasses) were top notch. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space and privacy. Just a note to Americans....2 baths does not mean 2 full baths, this flat has 2 shower/sink rooms and only 1 WC (toilet). The location of the flat was awesome and easy to get to from public transportation...we never once took a taxi. Everything from start to finish was easy to arrange. Patrick was there to meet us with our early arrival from the U.S. and even went out of his way to come and say good bye. Thank you Patrick for a wonderful stay.

  The place is impeccable in many ways. It is perfectly located. You can be at the Louve in 10 min and the Orsay in 15--20 min walking. The best shopping areas are down the street. The tourist office (very helpful place) just 2 minutes away. The most modern subway station (elevators!!! Suitcase friendly) is walking distance (Pyramides line 14). You never need to take a taxi Etc etc It is modern. All the appliances are new and work perfectly. It was fun whipping up a salad or a meal. The bathrooms and plugs etc all work perfectly. Having readily available wifi and free calls to many countries was one of the most helpful aspects of the apartment Patrick was extremely helpful. We felt like we had a backup person available for any emergency or if we needed any information Patrick was a phone call away. We had forgotten some medicine stateside and Patrick was able to obtain it locally(legally of course) The only drawback was the antiquated elevator system where the bags are carried up one floor, however Patrick helped us with the bags. Highly recommended

  We are a family of five with three grown children and stayed in this apartment in August 2011. The flat was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The two bedrooms and sofa bed were more than adequate – the super comfy beds were much appreciated after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen, with new appliances, had everything we needed to make a quick meal or a full dinner. Both bathrooms - nicely renovated, had plenty of hot water. The wireless network, and many international TV channels kept our group happy during the relaxing hours. The location of this apartment was perfect for us. It is located on a quiet street, and we felt comfortable walking around the area day or night. The Louvre Museum is about a five to ten minute walk from the building and there are several metro stations close by. An added benefit is a small grocery store a few doors down from the apartment building which we used every day, and a nearby Starbucks got us going in the morning. Patrick, the owner, and his assistant Alex were great. Alex was there to meet us at the apartment when we arrived. He helped us get our seven large pieces of luggage to the sixth floor and explained everything to us. Luckily there is a lift, though small, it did the job after several trips. Even though we never met Patrick, we did communicate with him through emails and telephone many times. One of our daughters left her favorite pillow in the apartment after we left and Patrick was kind enough to mail it back to us in California. We definitely had a memorable visit in Paris, and this apartment at Rue Saint Honoré made our stay a comfortable one. Thank you Patrick and Alex.

Payment policy : we ask for 35% at time of reservation, fully refundable if
cancelled 60 days in advance from day of arrival.Remainder due on arrival, and we
do accept credit cards for both deposit and final. On arrival we ask for a 40%
security deposit (credit card print, no debit),cancelled after departure if no
damages. 5 night minimum stay from April to October (3 or 4 nights on request).
Checking in after 3:00PM, earlier when possible. Checking out before 10:00AM.
