The Elk Ridge Townhomes are spacious and stylish, and are just moments away from chairlift access! Perfect for any ski vacation, these townhomes have instant access to the mountain via the Snowflake chairlift or Beaver Run Superchair. Also great for summer vacations, these townhomes have mountain biking and hiking trails right outside the door. After working out on the mountain, visitors may choose to come back to the shared pool or the private hot tub. The hot tub is located on the lower of 3 decks at the residence, all of which offer great views of Baldy Mountain and the surrounding wilderness. Because this is a corner unit, views are not obstructed by other buildings!
On the inside, this property refuses to disappoint. Upon entry, visitors will notice the fully stocked kitchen and dining area, perfect for cooking and serving meals to friends and family. Close by is a family room, with an entertainment system, fireplace and wall full of windows with great views of Baldy Mountain. Continuing downstairs, there is a master bedroom with a king size bed, spacious closet, and private bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. Down the hall is the second bedroom with a queen size bed and private bathroom, and also a bedroom with 2 twin size beds and a sleeper sofa. Finally, there is a loft upstairs with a sleeper sofa and plenty of extra room to lounge.
