Sarasota sells itself as one of the best vacation spots around. For over a decade my husband and I have returned to Sarasota for our vacations. I can honestly say that Sue's condo is the best place we have stayed. It is obvious that Sue has gone the extra mile in decorating and furnishing the unit. Even if you decide to stay in for the day you are made to feel totally relaxed by the colors and decorations that surround you. This condo was very clean and stocked with all of the necessities one needs while away from home.The views from both sides of the condo were superb. Above all, it was a pleasure dealing with the owner. Sue is very friendly and attentive. She went out of her way to make our trip a pleasant one.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

I have stayed at the condo during the month of November. The owner was always available to answer our questions. She sent us emails informing us of activities that might interest us. The condo was clean and well situated. She did her best to make her renters comfortable. The balcony is a plus. The view of the Sarasota Bay is superb. You never hear any noise, it is very quiet. The property is very well kept and clean. The lap pool was as described by owner. The description of the condo is very accurate. I have nothing negative to say concerning the owner and the property. Stayed at this condo for 6 weeks in summer – such a relaxing place, although I came here to work. Nice and caring tenant! The condo is very clean, quiet, beautifully decorated, has everything one could possibly need including wonderful views: sunrise from balcony, sunset from kitchen. Recently stayed at this lovely condo, was very clean, well maintained and we found it so relaxing we didn't want to leave. The views are beautiful, we actually saw dolphins out in the cove. The owner was very nice and easy to deal with, we had one small issue which she immediately took care of. (The coffee maker was broken and she brought us a new one right away). I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and am planning on returning next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.
