The beautifully maintained Poipu Shores Resort is located on a small bluff on the southern tip of Kauai, between the Hyatt and Sheraton.
Our condo is on the ground floor. It offers two bedrooms, both w/king size beds, and two baths, and is only about a five minute walk to Brenneke Beach and Poipu Beach. There are unobstructed ocean views from the master bedroom, living room and lanai where sea life such as large sea turtles, dolphin and whales are clearly visible. Sounds of waves can be heard from all rooms, and the condo even has its own "blowhole" at high tide.
The interior of the condominium is immaculately decorated with top-of-the-line appliances, furniture, linens, and art. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one needs to prepare a meal. We supply plenty of bath and beach towels, beach chairs, and snorkeling equipment. Also available in the condo is a washer and dryer.
Not more than 50ft from the condo is a beautiful gated pool that overlooks the ocean. Surrounding the pool are lounge chairs and umbrellas. 15ft from the front door is a gas barbeque to use for your convenience.
Activities such as golfing, snorkeling, hiking, and surfing are close by, as well as excellent restaurants, shopping centers, and markets. Inside the condo are books and maps of Kauai to help you get around the island, but please leave the books when you depart.

Janis and I fell in love with Kauai in the early 90's and purchasecd our first condo there in 1999. We believe this Island is truly a special tropical oasis...away from the hustle and bustle of the neighboring Islands. Kauai is like going back to Mayberry in the 50's...everybody knows your name...and crime is virtually unheard of.
These condos are our extended families "homes" and not primarily rentals. They are equipped as every good home should be...so there is no "used rental property" feel to them. Everything is new, or near new...and they will exceed your every reasonable expectation. Janis takes great pride in making sure cutlery matches and is sharp, pots and pans are in as new condition, plates and glassware match etc/etc/etc. A million details that only an owner would attend to.Pillow are replace bi-monthly, linens and towels are thick and soft, and not worn out and threadbare.

Absolutely 100% all ocean...all the time. These 4 condos are the absolute closest to the water in all of Kauai. RIGHT on the beach or ocean front with 200 to 300 degree ocean views depending on the condo. Any closer and you would need fins....
