The large wrap around porch with many rocking chairs and rocking foot stools, provides relaxation and beauty. Sapphire Valley's Country Club amenities are included.
The inside of the house was painted, rewallpapered, and a new tin roof and two overhangs over the porch were completed in 2003. New Cherry laminate floors installed February 2004. New carpet in the bedrooms installed April, 2004. Kitchen remodeled spring, 2005 with dishwasher, new cabinets, stove and cast iron sink. New storm door last season, as well. Enjoy the fireplace with firewood included in the rental. The house is furnished. New king size bed in master bedroom, December, 2006. Walk 2/10 of a mile to Narrows Waterfall. This area is known as "The Land of the Waterfalls." A variety of free videos/DVDs available at the house. Grocery and cozy restaurants nearby. We are one hour from many interstates, as well as one hour from Great Smokey National Park. We are 55 minutes from Asheville Airport, 2 3/4 hours from Atlanta Airport, 2 3/4 hours from Charlotte Airport, and 1 1/2 hours from Greeville Airport. Asheville is one hour away.
New $500,00 Ski Chairlift December, 2004 and new tubing run (tube down snow slope) December, 2004 at Community Center.
