Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is a 20 minute drive. With 360 days of sunshine, low humidity and very little rain, this is the perfect place to vacation.
Conveniently located, this 2185 square foot vacation rental property has all the comforts of home while you are enjoying the desert climate. This special home can accommodate six guests. The house is bright, airy and spacious. This newly decorated house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths with granite top vanities, and a huge 16 X 34 foot heated pool. The spacious and beautiful kitchen with its granite counter tops, is equipped for all your cooking needs. The large, secluded backyard has a patio, a barbecue area and a beehive fireplace. Our citrus tree is bound to please you. You'll enjoy our pool lighting for nighttime swimming and our indoor/outdoor sound system for music to swim by, read by or just for your relaxing pleasure.
As you walk through our front door, you will see our large dining room, meant to accommodate eight guests, and our large family room with an entertainment center. These rooms are complemented by large, vaulted ceilings which give an open an airy feeling. You'll enjoy our large kitchen and dinette area with large doors to our barbecue area, and connecting laundry room. On the other side of the house, you will enjoy two guest bedrooms and bathroom, as well as a large master bedroom suite, an en suite bathroom and walk in closet. We also provide two bicycles with helmets plus a large selection of board games for adults and children, as well as toys, DVDs and music CDs.

Single family home with a completely private patio and yard, and a huge 16 X 34 foot heated pool with a child safety gate, patio furniture, sitting area, pool lounge chairs, outside lighting for night swimming and an indoor/outdoor sound system for musical entertainment.
All furniture, towels, bedding etc. are brand new.
Cable TV & Internet Service, local phone service, computer hookup, fax machine, photocopy and scanner. Our home office is perfect for the professional businessman who still wants to stay in touch.
Master suite with 2 queen beds, night table, dresser/TV stand, seating area, flt screen TV, VCR/DVD player, en suite bathroom with dual sinks, huge shower and walk in closet.
Two guest bathrooms each have 2 twin beds, night table, dresser (1 bedroom has drawer space in the closet), and large closets. There is a pack n' play for an infant.
Each bedroom is equipped with telephone and alarm clock/radio, flat screen TV, lamps and ceiling fans.
Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board and all detergent supplies.
The family room is beautifully decorated with 2 sofas, armchair and ottoman, glass top coffee table and end tables with lamps. This room also has a 50” flat screen TV, with a CVCR/DVD player, and indoor/outdoor sound system. We also have a library of books, CDs, DVDs,and games for your enjoyment.
The kitchen has a new refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, new oven and microwave, dishwasher and cooking utensils. The high end cabinetry is complemented by granite counter tops, double cast iron sinks and a sink disposal system. The dinette has a glass table with seating for 6.
The house is equipped with plenty of linens, pillows, bathroom towels and pool towels for your convenience.
There is a tennis court in the neighborhood for those of you who love the game. Just bring your own tennis rackets and tennis balls and it's usually on a first come, first serve basis.
On site parking in the driveway can accommodate up to 2 vehicles. Please note that motor homes, campers, motorcycles and trucks are not allowed as per HOA rules. There are 2 adult bicycles and helmets for your riding pleasure.
This house is close to houses of worship, shopping and restaurants. There are many public golf courses in the area as well as many nature sights.
The house is a modified wheelchair accessible home. Absolutely no smoking or pets.

Went to the rock show in Tucson but prior to the show spent some time here in Scottsdale. Had an amazing stay, accommodations were better than I could have ever asked for!Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

IT WAS AWESOME!!!! I want to start by saying that I have stayed in many vacation homes, and this is by far one of the best! The layout of the house was perfect, spacious and comfy, everything was super CLEAN and neat, beautiful furnishings, very comfortable, gorgeous pool, and there is EVERYTHING you will need in the house. They took the time to label everything so you can find it easily, and it definitely has all the luxuries of home - and then some!!! WARNING: YOU WILL WANT TO STAY LONGER - maybe FOREVER! The pictures don't do it justice, the house is so much MORE beautiful and lovely in person! Everything is VERY well kept and VERY well stocked! The beds and couches were very comfortable, there were "extras" of everything we needed, we didn't even have to bring a baby crib because there was a portable one there for us. I can go on & on, but I am telling you that the house had just about everything you will need to have an amazing vacation. The description is completely accurate and then some...the house is warm & inviting and it really made us want to extend our vacation....maybe even move there :) ! The pool was a real treat for all of us, it was so refreshing & fun & I felt comfortable having my small kids there with the gate that they have and my older kids had a blast in the pool. We went swimming day & night...it was so much fun! We will definitely be returning and staying longer... This was our 2nd spring break in AZ, first time at this house. It was wonderful. We really enjoyed having more space to spread out for the 5 of us. Our three boys (age 9, 6, and 6) loved the private backyard pool and the backyard also has plenty of other room to play catch (our one son loves baseball). This house is located close to Salt River Fields and we enjoyed catching a few spring training baseball games. Also close to good restaurants and not terribly far from Old Scottsdale and our favorite ice cream place - The Sugar Bowl. We would definitely stay here again. Clean, inviting, plenty of room for our family, and reasonably priced.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

We rented this beautiful, spacious home for a week in February 2012. The home was very neat and clean upon arrival. We enjoyed daily walks in the neighborhood and met several friendly neighbors. It is conveniently located to many golf courses, shopping malls, restaurants, hiking etc. The owners were very accommodating and a pleasure to rent from. Beautiful relaxing vacation! Just as described so accurately in the online postings, the house is truly beautiful, clean and well maintained and the large pool so refreshing but what makes this "rental" stand out is the amazing care and attention to every detail we received from the owners and their manager. I was able to call at any time needed to ask questions and always received answers, ideas and solutions. We visited The Grand Canyon and Sadonah, both literally breathtaking!! And we were able to shop for all our food at the Scottsdale Kosher Deli nearby and Fry's (Kroeger's). We were at this lovely home for our children's mid-winter vacation this past January / February. What a beautiful home . . . . home away from home! The pictures on the site don't do the house justice - it is even lovelier in person! The house was spotlessly clean and very-well maintained. Quiet neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The pool was refreshing and fun. The owners are a pleasure to deal with, honest and helpful. There was so much to do in the area . . . breathtaking Sedona, jeep tours, interesting safari, historic ghost towns . . .
