We stayed in this home for 2 weeks with 8 people and there was more than enough room. The property is perfect for those 50 years of age and older. Ideal location with wonderful shops on Pine Avenue and only a couple of blocks to the beach. You can fish off the dock in the canal. The owner of this home is very accommodating and easy to reach if there are problems. Now for the concerns with this property. It requires a good walk through by the owner to upgrade some items in this home. It is in desperate need of new lawn furniture. The lawn furniture is a cheap white plastic and has probably been there for years. For the quality of the home it really needs to be upgraded to match the home. The stove and fridge are also in need of some repairs. The beds in all but the bunk bed rooms require better mattresses. The pool is not very big and the pool area requires some maintenance. All said if the owner upgraded this property we would return.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers.

Description and photos really accurate, everything was perfectly. The owner has been very kind ni beeing flexible!. Yes I would recommand this place to à friend, the beach is beautiful, people are so Nice and helpful... Maybe thé pool should be fixed as for bubbles. But our stay was wonderful!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The house was great for the 10 people we had staying, more then enough room. Loved the fact we were able to have the boat right there with us, you just have to make sure you know when high and low tide is to get back under the bridge. The only thing I would change is the master bed, for what you spend on the house they should have a better mattress in this beautiful huge room. This was a great rental, loved the floor plan as we had a large group and never felt crowded. The location was great and the beaches of course are beautiful.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

I stayed for a week in this fabulous home and would absolutely choose it again! Fabulous layout, plenty of room for all, top of the line furnishings and excellent central location, within walking distance to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The pool was our favorite part, like having a king-sized jacuzzi - we used it every day. Sitting outside on the terrace overlooking the canal for breakfast was so relaxing. The elevator was a great asset, too, especially for loading and unloading luggage and groceries. The only thing I would change - they could use a few new towels and pillows. There were plenty of both, but they've seen better days!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
