Our is a luxury home in North Falmouth. Built in 2006, this home has the finest of everything. Central a/c. Our home is directly on the shining sea bike path and close to old silver beach.
The house has 10' ceilings and hardwood floors, granite counter tops in the kitchen, flat screen tvs in both living rooms and one of the en-suite bedrooms (3 tvs total), central a/c and of course wifi. There are soaring cathedral ceilings in the two en-suite bedrooms.
The master suite is larger than some apartments! It has a separate sitting area with a couch and gas log fireplace, and a luxury bathroom complete with a jacuzzi and oversized glassed in shower. There is also a gas log fireplace in the library, where you can select from any of hundreds of books for wonderful summer reading. There is a dvr for the main tv, as well as chrome (stream anything from your computer to our tv, including netflix), a dvd player and apple tv. The phone has unlimited local and long distance calling.
The deck holds the natural gas, oversized gas grill (will never run out of gas in the middle of a bbq).
The house is less than 2 miles to old silver beach, and walking distance to a playground, several restaurants, and shops. The closest plaza, just a few doors down, contains a wonderful breakfast lunch restaurant, Baracci’s diner, as well as a liquor store, very convenient convenience store & deli among others. The Silver Lounge (a cape cod tradition for many) is about 200 yards from the house. The kids will love the penny candy store attached to the Silver Lounge!
Outside the house, your children are welcome to use our daughter's playhouse, a beautiful one right off our deck!
The fourth bedroom is the fully finished basement where there is a queen sized bed, as well as a couch and living room. The basement has 10’ ceilings and full size windows, so it really doesn’t feel like a basement at all. We do, as most Cape Codders do, keep a dehumidifier running in the basement in the summer, but it really tends to be quite cool down there.
We have a cat that will not be there when you are there, but just know a cat is normally in residence, so if you have serious cat allergies this might not be the place for you. Also, we do consider pets of your own for an additional $100 fee per pet, please do not assume we will approve your pet, it must be pre-approved in writing by us. Thanks, call with questions!
