you could combine both homes- the neighbor home does not have a private pool like mine- but it can use the community pool which no one uses anyway-its a few steps from their house- i can email photos.
Exclusive Private home in guard gate community located behind the gates in Indian Wells Country Club, the Beverly Hills of the Palm Desert Area. This home is across the street from the Hyatt Grand Champions and Esmerelda's Hotel very close to La Quinta and Palm Desert. It is a couple of blocks from the Indian Wells Country Clubhouse. The area is very secluded and private and safe and peaceful. Everyone loves the open view- morning sun and the fountain/ greenbelt is lush! Lots of grown palm trees. it is on 2 and half acres of lush property with incredible views of the mountains- very open and 35 palm trees ion the property
This fabulous home is situated on two acres of land & has spectacular mountain views, golf course views and overlooks a lush greenbelt with a large fountain and beautiful floral landscaping. If you look at my website you can go through the virtual tour of the property... the home gets morning sun and the view is incredible from the home and outside. The home is behind the gates and close to the Indian Wells country club.
I am now a member of Indian Wells Country Club and if you contact me - I can get guests on the course as I am a member- please inquire! i am across from the esmerelda resort and they hyatt resort which has two new golf courses- i can drive my golf car to them

Outdoor living is accentuated on the expansive scenic patio with a private pool and spa/jacuzzi as well as a community pool/spa steps away. Gas barbecue and outside dining a must. There is a large umbrella for use, fun pool equipment for adults and children, an electronic golf putting machine outside and music can be piped outside in all over the home. I have a new misting system to cool you off in the backyard patio. Speakers outside for listening pleasure and entertaining. I rebuilt my pool and spa- it has beautiful stone and arctic white pebble sheen- and the salt system versus the chlorine
Adjacent to the outdoor area is a large great room with 14-foot ceilings, large ceiling fan and a sunken marbled bar for entertaining dining for a large party! There are two large leather coaches and two large chairs and a gas fireplace. I have several bar stools for guests. I have installed a new 65 inch hdtv LCD tv above the fireplace for enjoyment
Enjoy a fully equipped gourmet kitchen all awaiting the chef with new appliances (gas stove, oven and microwave) and utensils and marbled tops. I provide coffee and tea, blender, candles, glass and plastic plates for inside and outside. There is a laundry room with laundry soap provided. I have several gourmet cook books. I provide iron and ironing board and steamer for clothes.
There are CDS, DVDS and Videos for adults and children. I have a high speed internet- hundreds of cable chanels and hbo-and 200 DVDS for use of my visitors-
For quieter moments enjoy an extensive library and four televisions and Cable TV. There are about 300 books, magazines and picture books.
Two full master bedrooms with king-size beds, all well appointed bathrooms with fabulous stone and glass block and one additional guest room with two twin beds or trundle bed which can be put side by side as one large bed for two. I have an high quality blow-up queen bed and two large coaches. The furniture is Tommy bahama, a hawaiian motif blended with desert contemporary. I have a computer and internet with computer games.
Two car garage and golf cart garage. I now have a new 4 seated state of the art golf cart- with ice box cd and seatbelts for safety you can drive it to Vicki's for dinner and to the shopping center down the street on Washington and 11 on the sidewalk- or take it across the street to the Hyatt or Esmereldas!
I provide three mountain bikes for bike riding. I have a printer and a computer for use and wireless for guests.

There is no better area in the desert-its well situated in the desert w access to all parts of the desert-
this home has everything and i have had so many people stay there and enjoy it so immensely. All of the furnishings are high end- i stay there as often as i can and it is not like a rental. its a private home that people from all over the world have stayed and loved- the property is huge our backyard has everything in it- (2 acre property) a fountain and a community pool that no one uses- very idyllic location.
