This house has the best of both worlds, shade of trees and beach sun. We are located within walking distance of the town of Seaside with its unique shops and restaurants and live entertainment in the outdoor theater. No chain stores or restaurants, or high rise buildings here but if you have withdrawals, 30 minutes in either direction will get you Factory Stores and all the crowds of Destin or Panama City. We love the bike trails for miles for walking or riding. My house is a short five minute walk to the beach.
This house is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Come home from the beach and float in the pool or grill out. Two porches provide great places to sit and read or watch the view.
Winter rates per month:$1500 with 750 deposit utilities paid.
