PIECE OF PARADISE
PIECE OF PARADISE
I spent 5 weeks in this charming Spanish themed house in one of the undiscovered jewels of Mexico. The house is roomy, well appointed and ideally located within the community. Located within meters of the pool, the hotel, and the beach. Has a view of the 17th green of the golf course and the other direction from the viewing deck is the Sea of Cortez which is about 100 meters from the front door. The area has 4 restaurants within walking distance and other amenities such as spa, gym, and recreational rentals. The mountains are incredible facing to the south and the Sea of Cortez as your northern view. The owners and on-site property managers were outstanding and attentive to any questions or needs. I would highly recommend renting this charming house and will be back in the future.

Manager response: Thanks Gary, we're so glad you enjoyed Loreto Bay and our home. Come back again soon...paradise awaits! Ann & Doug
It's true! The photos do not do this house justice. It's a beautiful home with high ceilings and nice tile work, decorated with colorful & unique art and furnished just like a comfortable home. We loved how the house felt lived in, so we could take advantage of the all of the details like the citrus juicer, the soft evening lighting, and the fully stocked kitchen. The couch is luxurious! We also loved that we were steps from the community pool and just across from the hotel beachfront, where palapas and lounge chairs waited for us. It was quiet and and evening views of the desert mountains were beautiful. Ann was really helpful answering all questions about what activities to do and how to find the best spots to eat in Loreto. Our highlights were snorkeling everyday at the point in front of the hotel and riding the cruiser to get morning coffee. We'd recommend this for anyone wanting a peaceful getaway with all of the adventures Baja has to offer at your doorstep, as well as for families with young kids who want a safe place to lounge by the pool or beach. We would recommend renting a car as options for groceries and eating out in the resort area were very limited and the food in Loreto is so good!

It was great to stay in this house. We felt at home and really enjoy the time we spent there. The house offers a lot of space and is cosy. You will find all what you need to have a great stay and enjoy your vacation. Moreover Nopolo is really beautiful and quiet, we enjoy walking in the little streets and along the beach. It is very peaceful. I highly recommend this place to stay. Do not miss a Coronado Island excursion while you are in Loreto!

We liked your house better
Hi Ann, Thanks for letting us use the nice accommodation in Loreto. We really liked the layout of the rooms and your tasteful decor; it is warm, inviting, with personal touch. In fact our other family members who slept in a neighboring house hung around all the time playing games, watching movies and cooking at your house nearly every evening because we all liked your house so much better. You did nice job selecting the furniture and putting in nice lighting. Thanks so much.

Lovely and comfy!
Dear Ann, Just to let you know, we arrived in Loreto. Your home is lovely, and we are already settled in. Brian is golfing with the boys, and I had coffee with a delightful elderly gentleman and his dog at the coffee house. Weather is perfect, bed comfy, and we couldn't be happier. I'm reluctant to admit how wonderful it is, because it won't be available the next time we want to rent! Cheers, Sabine

We loved this place from the second we opened the door. Furnishings are quality, lots of movies, places to lounge and a great kitchen. The community of Loreto Bay is very beautiful. The folks we met were super friendly and from everywhere. All staff we interacted with were great, spoke english and went out of their way to be helpful. Thanks, Anne, the stay was all we wanted in a Mexican vacation.

Wonderful Girls Weekend!
Wonderful Girls Weekend!
I stayed at the Brown's lovely home for a Mother's Day get-away with some girlfriends. It was just what was needed to revitalize and I thoroughly enjoyed the comforts of their place. The home is complete in its beautiful Spanish influence with the luxury of modern conveniences. The area has a European villa feel, where you can walk to enjoy some local places and enjoy the community. The local town of Loreto is charming and very friendly. The drive is not too long and there is an old world influence in the main plaza that made me want to visit it many times during my stay for eating and shopping.

Fabulous Location and Luxury!!
Fabulous Location and Luxury!!
Our family enjoyed a fabulous stay at this gorgeous vacation home. We now think of it as our second home! Spacious rooms, lovely furnishings, well-equiped kitchen. Spectacular views from the deck and tower...great for eating and lounging. Walked often to the pool and across the street to the spectacular hotel and restaurants. Also walked to Sea of Cortez for kayaking, snorkeling and relaxing at the beach. The quaint town of Loreto is delightful and we drove a short distance to a beautiful canyon for boulder climbing and visited the San Javier Mission. Ann was great to work with....answered all our questions and took a real interest in making sure our vacation was perfect. We'll return again and again!

- Nearest Airport: Loreto International at 10 Miles
Year Purchased: 2007
About: Our family packed up and moved from California to Loreto in 2007. We enrolled the kids in the local public school where they became fluent in Spanish. They spent two years in school there and made lots of good friends. We loved engaging with the locals and learning the customs of the Loretanos. We lived in Loreto for four years and now visit whenever possible. In the meantime we rent our villa so others can enjoy the tranquil environment and beautiful surroundings.
This home, compared to the other homes we could have purchased, gave us far more living space due to the large living room and second floor deck. We added a pergola to cover the majority of the deck so we could use it even on the hottest days of the year. The third floor deck gives us views of the Sea of Cortez and a breeze to escape the heat of the summer.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
The location of this home is perfect for us because it's close (only 4 houses away) to the community pool but far enough away so we don't hear the noise when it gets rowdy there. We are also steps away from the Inn of Loreto, which makes it convenient to their restaurants and beach where both kayaks and bikes can be rented.
