If you've been thinking of having a spectacular vacation in the sunshine state, then your vacation must include excellent accommodation. Our roomy 2-bed and 2-bath condominium sleeps up to 6 people and will allow you to get the rest you need so you can improve on your golf swing, absorb the beautiful Florida sunshine and have fun in the famous Orlando amusement parks and attractions. Our condo in Legacy Dunes is located in Kissimmee and provides exceptional accommodation including luxurious bedding and furniture that radiates with comfort and elegance.
The master bedroom elegantly overlooks a lake and is equipped with a walk-in closet for hanging your clothes and storing your luggage. You also have all of the amenities of home such as a LCD HDTV, a DVD player for watching all of your favorite movies etc while laying in the comfort of your queen bed. The ensuite in the master bedroom provides easy access to the shower and bathtub for your convenience. The twin bedroom overlooks a lake as well as a cascading water fountain, walk-in closet, LED HDTV, twin beds, DVD player, and many games for your kids to play with your PlayStation 2 console. Your children will have lots of fun while winding down from the parks and attractions.
The living area provides many different comforts that you may or may not be used to such as, a CD and DVD player, 37” LCD HDTV with cable, an elegant and comfortable sleeper sofa for family and friends, and an area that is bright, delightful, and appealing for all those you are entertaining. If you are in the mood to use one of the DVD players to watch movies you have a selection of DVD films to choose from. There is also free WiFi internet access so bring along your laptop! You also have a fully equipped modernized kitchen that includes all major appliances such as a microwave, range, freezer and refrigerator, and a dishwasher so you don't have to get your hands wet.
If you're in the mood for coffee you are provided with a coffee maker as well as a toaster, all of the cutlery you'll ever need, dishes, utensils, and other kitchen related amenities that are needed as well. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room conveniently equipped with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, which can be used to prepare your clothes just the way you like them. If you've been thinking about warm weather in Florida and how it affects the inside of your condo, worry not because our condo is fully temperature controlled with air-conditioning and ceiling fans in all the living areas as well as the bedrooms.
Legacy Dunes is a gated community and is located on 50 acres of prime real estate that is the home to a clubhouse, business center, a restaurant cocktail lounge, game rooms, recreation area, two swimming pools, exercise and fitness room, basketball court, barbecue area, tennis court, volley ball court, golf driving practice, childrens play area, conservation areas and lakes which you and your family can enjoy. Legacy Dunes provides a community that is very tranquil and easy to fall in love with.
There is something for everyone and that includes nightlife as well as attractions. If you plan on spending your vacation in our condo, Walt Disney World is only minutes away. In fact it makes no difference whether you want to discover the amazing and awe-inspiring Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Hollywood Studios, Epcot Center, Animal Kingdom, or the Magic Kingdom, because all of the Magic of Disney is only minutes away. If you're wondering about Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios, or Sea World, these theme parks are a short distance away. If it's nightlife you're looking for then there are plenty of attractions such as Downtown Disney, Universal Studios, City Walk, and Kissimmee main street along with the night clubs and restaurants on International Drive.
The Florida Mall, Millennium Mall, and Orlando Premium Outlet are available for your convenience if you've decided you want to use your vacation for your shopping enjoyment. Because Kissimmee is centrally located this is an added bonus for those that would like to be only minutes away from all the action. Florida cities on the East and West are also easily accessible. If you head out to the east you will find the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Daytona Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. If you venture west you will find the city of Tampa and Clearwater's beautiful white sandy beaches next to the Gulf of Mexico.

We traveled with 2 adults and 2 young teens and had a great time! The condo unit was plenty large enough for our party and was nicely decorated and furnished. The photos are very accurate and things were clean and well-maintained. We did not receive the gate access card in the mail prior to our trip and that was a slight inconvenience once we arrived - both getting into the gate initially, and then arranging for a card to be dropped off to us. The freezer in the condo doesn't have an automatic ice maker and has only one tray included. Additional trays for ice would be helpful, especially when you have 4 guests staying in the unit. I would definitely recommend this condo to others and would stay again as well. Colin and Sue were very easy to work with and their property manager, Brian, was helpful with providing a gate access key. While staying here, we spent a day at Sea World, a day at Aquatica, and a day at the pool, then playing mini-golf and eating dinner out. For others wanting to visit Sea World, be sure to go by Publix and purchase the one-day admission cards (located with gift cards). We saved $25 per ticket from gate prices. Additionally, we purchased our Aquatica tickets fro $25/each during our visit to Sea World - once again, a big savings from gate prices! We had a very enjoyable vacation! Thanks for opening your home up to us!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

My family and I just got home from a five-day stay in Orlando, having stayed in this wonderful condo. The location was very convenient to all the theme parks. The condo was very clean and the furnishings were very comfortable. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need for our quick get-away. Colin and Sue were very easy to work with and were extremely prompt in communicating with me during the reservation process. They even allowed us early access to the condo (our flight arrived at 9:30 am) without incurring an extra fee. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks, Colin and Sue, for allowing us to use your wonderful home!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Legacy Dunes! It was a comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed for our vacation to Disney. It was a nice gated community and the condo was very clean and well maintained. It was nice that the owners left a video game system, toys, games and movies for our family! It had a nice gym and pool! We will stay at this condo again when we go back to Disney. It was convenient taking highway 192 to Disney World....it was literally minutes away!!! We would recomment this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to stay that is convenient to Disney!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

Lovely condo in very secure, gated complex - immaculate, bright and welcoming, and tastefully and comfortably furnished to meet every need, right down to the current videos. Very open feel - never crowded even with 4 adults. Great location within the complex and blissfully quiet. Wonderful full-size washer and dryer. Excellent location in Kissimmee - close to all the activities, restaurants, and shopping without being in the middle of the hubub. Lovely pool. Very prompt response by owner to all questions. Would definitely recommend this property.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

About the owner: Hi, we are the Webb family from the UK. We have been visiting Florida regularly since 1990 and used to spend our vacations in hotels. In 1995 we purchased a villa in Davenport and sold it in 2002. In April 2010, we decided to buy a 2-bedroom condo in the gated community of Legacy Dunes. However, with the introduction of further grandchildren we realised that using hotel accommodation was no longer viable and opted to purchase a home with the benefits of space, freedom and communal aspects such as pools, tennis courts etc. Vacations then became so much more restful and pleasurable. We provide assistance and advice and take pride in being able to offer an individual service. It is our aim to make sure that your stay in our condo is pleasurable whilst meeting your needs. We fully understand the frustration of people inquiring about vacation accommodation and having to wait for information but we will make every effort to promptly respond to any query you may have.
Why the Owner Chose Legacy Dunes:
As with thousands of other vacationers, we adore what central Florida has to offer. No matter how many times we visit Kissimmee there is always something new to enjoy and we never grow tired of visiting the nearby theme parks including Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet n Wild to name but a few. Furthermore, since beautiful Legacy Dunes is centrally located, the Gulf and Atlantic coasts of the sunshine state are easily accessible. So within a couple of hours drive, you can be bathing on the white sandy beaches of Clearwater in the west or Cocoa Beach in the east! After a hard day at the parks or taking a dip in the Gulf of Mexico, you can return back to Legacy Dunes to simply chill out or use one of the many amenities offered at the resort.
